@Loli : But the thing is, I made SURE to delete everything from the news paper before leaving. I didn't want them to use it, ya know? And I KNOW I saved it. I got EVERYTHING but the horoscope. I have no clue where I put it. And that's what pissing me off.

Well, it's Cid.
He wanted to spend some time with Romane, and watch her since she's entertaining. xD The fans are something that Cid makes to sell sometimes. He also made that fan he gave her specially for her, and planted the evidence. The panda there was a coincidence, it was just the only animal he could think of at the time. He figured it would be a nice broad clue, since it's clue that it's him (he's from china) and also keep her looking around.
Oh and Ginger watched her too. 'Cause she has a little schoolgirl crush ever since they got high. XD
