As soon as the dragon's face moved up to the window, it would be stabbed into with many, MANY tendrils. While he waited to crush the Hokage's Office, his body had become enveloped in many tendrils, protruding from his hands, legs....he looked like a malevolent black mass, to put it bluntly. Once the dragon had been impaled a humongous amount of times, Victor absorbed the tendrils into his body, his arms and legs twitching as he stepped out of the window. Without hesitation, he kicked off the side of the office, shooting down straight at Casandra with his fist extended to punch her in the face.

 Cassandra jumped away, but at the same time, she released dozens of sheets of papers that sharpened and headed straight for Victor, but the sheets of papers are as strong as steel. What is that? She thought as she was preparing herself for a long battle.

Leaf//Oinin-Special Jounin//Interrogation Specialist//Water-Wind Element Tavian ran into the office, witnessing the horrible tendril-dragon ordeal. He ran straight for the Hokage's Office, opening the door to find the Sound ninja about to punch Lady Cassandra. He had to fight, now. To defend his homeland.

"State of power!" Victor yelled as his lunge continued. Using his now third-gate equivalent strength, he continued his lunge at Cassandra. Now, his punch sported the power to break her jaw if it hit. Fortunately, his drastic increase in speed had allowed him to dodge the flying paper coming after him; the third gate WAS pretty powerful. Naturally, his attacks were being opened by tendrils launching from his elbows at her, trying to snatch onto her clothing before he actually gets there. If this were successful, he would ensure a hit. "The Sound Village....It will no longer support the Leaf! My name is Vilmos, and I am here to serve as Nanashi's mouthpiece! I will not be ignored!"

Leaf//Oinin-Special Jounin//Interrogation Specialist//Water-Wind Element Tavian took a step to the side, and darted towards Vilmos. He wasn't going to be made of fool of, by some Sound shinobi. They hadn't said a word in years, and they appear out of know where, trying to start a war. He unsheathed his blades, and dashed at Vilmos' blind side. His blades twirling in a flying motion. She then jumped away once more, dodging the tendrills as they attempted to latch onto her. She then made multiple butterflies, but they contained an explosive charge in them. They flew to Victor and were going to explode any second as they came closer to him.

Victor was moving quickly enough that Tavian could not keep up with him. In a blur of motion, he leaped over the butterflies, and aimed both of his palms at Cassandra. A barrage of tendrils erupted from his elbows in a rain toward Cassandra. They were ready to impale her from almost every frontal angle. Tendrils stood ready at his back to block any attacks from behind. They were laced across his back in an intricate framework so that they would slow down blades that tried to slice through them.

She grew wings and flew back barely dodging the thread this time but leaving butterflies where she was, which would explode if Victor moved forward. They just keep coming faster. She thought. Okay...time for my jutsu then. She thought as her body started to disperse, but in fact she made a clone.

Tavian hopped into the air, as a wave of water shot across the land. It would envelope the lot of them, and Tavian would go under. He would then come up behind Vilmos and rise is foot to kick. Using his tendrils, Victor would hold himself above the water, and when Tavian moved to kick him, his feet would be stopped by the tendrils lining the Chuunin's back. The tendrils would begin to climb up Tavian's leg, hopefully managing to ensnare Tavian while Victor himself remained perfectly still. For now, he appeared to be observing the situation. At this point in time, he was completely outranked against one of the opponents...the boy seemed like he was killable...hopefully, his theories would prove accurate.

The power of the blade would cause a large amount of pain in his back. Using Falcon's Tear, he cut himself from the tendrils. He fell into the waves, shooting forward. "Alright then." She made a total of 3 clones now. She then forced her clones to jump at him, which at that moment, she jumped into the air most likely unnoticed since her clones would be covering for her. She slowly started to come down from above Victor while he was busy with everything around him. One clone came in front of him, and the other 2 came from each side to flank him, which they are being used to take as much attention away from the real Cassandra as possible.

As soon as Tavian let out his stupidly placed cry of victory, he was cut off rather abruptly. The tendrils Victor had been summoning before erupted from the open spots on his wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees, ankles, and neck. The tendrils would shoot out rapidly in all directions, blocking the attack Tavian had made, as well as putting him in severe danger for being impaled, as the tendrils were shooting out at great speeds. Now, the Lightning Sage Technique had been activated on top of the State of Power; Victor would be very hard to best in the physical department now. With his new form--which looked mostly like a strange, tendril centipede with about ten additional arms to strike with--he stabbed at Tavian with eight of the ten arms, using the other two to fend off the clones sent by Cassandra. Naturally, this was taking quite a bit of chakra; he'd need to switch to the State of Control rather quickly here if he wanted to remain on top. For now, however, he intended on making it as difficult for Tavian to survive as possible. The large tendril centipede opened its mouth, and fired off a beam of lightning straight at Tavian. Combined with having to dodge the repeated strikes of the eight arms, was it really within Tavian's skill range to dodge a concentrated blast of lightning as well?
