Please realize that sometimes things in a description are just that: a description. It does not necessarily mean that that is a system. It just says that, in general, akimichi get their chakra from their high calorie diet, but that doesnt mean their RP system for chakra is any different.

Yes, bugs have to return to the user in order to relay information.

Beatriz-chan One of the Mind's Eye of the Kagura's rules is that the user has excellent chakra control. How would that rule affect the user? Does it give any chakra cost bonus or anything? Just reposting it because it still wasn't answered. Another question, where can I find the sealing jutsus?

I'm fairly sure that's just one of those lines that's there, but doesn't actually do anything. We have a lot of those in clans annoyingly enough. Maybe you could fix it up and add something for it?
There's a list of sealing jutsu in the customs forum I think, but I'm not sure if those are official or not. You should probably wait on Gregar for that answer.

:/ Then it is more of a filler than a rule. Fix it up and add something for it? Idk, the most I could think is that this rule could give the same or part of the benefits that Chakra Control type gives.
I'll look for that list but not now, I'm not in a hurry and since an answer from gregar would be needed I'll wait as you said.

Just out of curiosity, when will a guild-wide list of fuuinjutsu be posted? Also, if I'm a sealing master, does that mean I can learn both lightning and sealing as a genin or would i have to wait until chuunin?

Sealing will count as an element, just because its so dang powerful. So you you will have to wait til chuunin.
