I, Jack {Skellington}
The Pumpkin King
&
Sora
The Keyblade Master

Sora’s Keyblade slammed down hard on the smaller Heartless, making it reel back. It was about to pounce and strike, but Kairi’s Thunder spell hit it and made it paralyzed for a moment, allowing Sora to get another hit in. This didn’t seem to be doing much, so that meant the larger Heartless had to be the one in charge. So the brunette turned to it just as Kairi went after it. He was impressed with her bravery, but the slightly happy look on his face disappeared as he saw the smaller Heartless make a movement out of the corner of his eye. He turned to it and saw that an orb of some sort of gas was growing in its hands, and it was aimed right at the crimsonette. His brow furrowed and he put himself in between the two just as the creature fired off the toxin. Sora cast a quick Reflect spell, but the gas was more powerful than he’d thought. His weak shield of light shattered, the blow pushing him back. He stared at the Heartless.
”Kairi!” he shouted. ”It’s poisonous! Look out for the gas!” He turned to see if she was going to be okay, not noticing the smaller Heartless was preparing another gas attack…

Jack grinned at Sally’s happy reaction to his request. Next year’s Halloween would be the best yet if they all worked together on it, he didn’t doubt it a bit. Then Mildred answered his question by pointing to a familiar spiky brunette and his female friend. Boy, they sure seemed close now. Sally agreed, making Jack put on his wicked grin.
”Alright, one Sora Spook coming right up!” he chuckled. However, as he watched Sora and Kairi go off into the graveyard, something didn’t seem right. There was a loud explosion and one of the graveyard’s walls caved in. Uh-oh. Sally shouted that they had to go help, and Jack nodded. ”Let’s go! Hold on tight, you two!” The skeleton flipped the switch and they disappeared in a burst of light. Soon after, they reappeared right behind Sora, who currently had his back turned on a monster of sorts. It was preparing some kind of attack with a purple gas, so Jack stepped in and cast a spell of his own. It was Blizzard and it hit the Heartless, knocking the gas away. Sora spun around, surprised.
”Happy Halloween!” Jack exclaimed happily.
”Thanks,” Sora replied, then went to help Kairi with the larger Heartless as Jack focused on the smaller now.

Alexander sighed and walked forward silently, reasoning that Hikari was done talking. He followed her over to the graveyard and then stood there and waited for Hikari to join him so that he could continue on towards the festival.

After the crimsonette attacked the larger Heartless it swung at her. She dodged then stuck it again. Just as she did that Sora put himself between her and the smaller Heartless as it threatened her with a gas attack. The brunette used Reflect, but the gas attack shattered his shield of light and pushed him back. "Sora are you okay?" the Princess asked. He seemed fine, and Kairi nodded as Sora warned to look out for the gas because it was poisonous. "Right!" The red head turned back to the larger Heartless before her, unaware that the smaller one was preparing another poisonous attack.

The crimsonette moved forward to attack again when a sudden Blizzard spell hit the Heartless, knocking the next gas attack away. Kairi turned around to see who had done that, and she and Sora were greeted by a "Happy Halloween" from Jack. Sora thanked him, and Kairi smiled before turning back to the Heartless. That moment of looking away was all it took to give the beast a chance. The smaller Heartless grabbed Kairi from behind. The red head gasped and shrieked, and before she could do anything the smaller one threw her up to the larger one, which opened it mouth and swallowed her whole. "Agrh! Help!!" the crimsonette yelled. It was dark, slimy, and not at all pleasant inside of the creature. "Let me go you thing! It's disgusting and hard to breathe in here!" the Princess exclaimed and gagged as she began jabbing her Keyblade all around trying to get the Heartless to spit her out.

"My turn," she saif pulling paper out of her pocket,
"Come on out, dont be scared" she said as it glowed,

The lavendernette waited in silence for Axel's reply. He seemed like he was about to open his mouth to say something, but an explosion sounded closeby. Not only was it loud, the small quake that followed shook the brick wall lakayna and Axel were both sitting on. The dragoness-turned-vampiress due to Halloween Town changing her outfit jerked her head in the direction it'd originated from.

"Holy...!" Lakayna gasped but didn't finish as she saw a bunch of Heartless suddenly appear. Lakayna heard a bunch of yells and incoherant words following. She jumped up. The wall was wide enough to runn across; which Lakayna did, leaving Axel's side. She ran towards the Heartless, drawing forth the bow and arrows she'd strapped to her back before everyone had left the islands.

She saw down below Kairi, Sora, Jack and a couple others fighting the group of Heartless back. Lakayna drew three arrows at once, loaded her bow after the arrows had been tipped with her fire, pulled back, aimed at one of the larger Heartless, then realeased. Not knowing if her attack had hit it's mark and not waiting to find out, Lakayna loaded her bow with three more arrows and jumped down from the wall. "Want some extra help?" the lavendernette asked, landing lightly beside Sora.

blink looked up after hearing a commotion.
he turned to see heartless attack sora, kairi, jack and some others.
"I gotta help!" blink said running over,
"Here we go, i call up-on the essence of water charge" he shouted as water from the fountain shot at a heartless knocking it into a bigger one,
He looked behind him and saw a Big heartless which grabbed him,
"Aw darn it" he shouted,

((This is a large belly that grabbed him not the boss)

Sora glanced back at Kairi for a moment when she asked if he was okay. He nodded briefly before turning his attention back to the Heartless. That had been the wrong thing to do, unfortunately. Kairi had been grabbed by the smaller Heartless, which fed her to the big Heartless.
”Kairi!” Sora shouted, slashing at the smaller one, knocking it out of the way. He heard her shouting from inside the monster, but he was still worried. After all, these were poisonous Heartless. That meant some acid could be inside of them, and poor Kairi would be dissolved to nothing if he didn’t hurry. He heard a screech and an eagle flew from nowhere and started stabbing at the Heartless. He turned to see that a girl had a sketchbook out. So she could bring drawings to life like Naminé? Weird, but he was okay with that.

Next, three arrows fired from behind him and made contact with the big Heartless, causing it to howl. With its mouth wide open, Sora took the opportunity to dash forward and jab his Keyblade at the roof of its mouth. It propped it open and the brunette reached in and pulled Kairi out. As he retracted his arm, however, the Heartless snapped down, catching his forearm. He hissed in a breath of pain, but managed to pry his arm loose before backing off.
”Are you alright?” he asked his girlfriend, completely ignoring his bleeding arm. Lakayna landed next to him with her bow and arrows. He flashed her a quick smile. ”Yeah, we could use all the help we can get. Thanks!” He turned back to the Heartless, deciding to keep an eye on the smaller one so that it didn’t snatch anyone else up. He threw his Keyblade at it, and the weapon went spinning through the air, knocking the creature off its feet.

Meanwhile, Jack had lost track of the smaller Heartless, allowing it to capture Kairi. He’d been distracted by Mildred and her drawing. So whatever she drew came to life? He was fascinated by this, but in his fascination, he’d forgotten to watch the Heartless. However, he never found that out, because he heard another shout nearby belonging to someone he recognized.
”Blink?” the Pumpkin King asked, confused. He looked over to see a Large Body had grabbed him. ”Hold on!” The skeleton ran over to him and cast a quick Fire at the Heartless’s back, making it release the boy. More lesser Heartless were popping up to back up the double Heartless Sora and his friends were fighting off. ”How about we take care of these so they won’t bother the others?” Jack suggested, then took his fighting stance. He was full of Halloween magic from the success of this year’s celebration, so he’d be able to cast several spells and come no where near losing his magic.

blink landed on his backside as jack defeated the large body" thanks good idea" he said.
"You will pay for interrupting my thinking" he said " a taste of deadly nightshade!" he said as several deadly nightshade plants rose from the ground tangling up some heartless.
"not bad eh" blink said

The dragoness nodded in retly to Sora,. It was a split second nod though, as the giant heartless swumg at Lakayna. She jumped to the side, barley avoiding the blow. She Skidded a couple feet, scraping her arm up in the process. Like Sora, Lakayna didn't acknowledge her bleeding arm and ripped skin, focusing only on the fight at hand. "Time for a little dragon magic," she muttered only loud enough for those within three feet to hear her.

Lakayna shot three more arrows, but this time show them high into the sky. Again they were tipped with fire, but this time it was a more special kind of fire; a type only an elemental dragon of fire could produce. The fire endulfed the arrows quickly and completely; growing in size and taking on a dynamic shape. The fire took the form of a Chinese Dragon (like Mushu, but much much larger) and its course changed. With Lakayna directing it, the fire dragon creature turned around completely, now hurtling itself at a very steep angle back down towards the heartless with claws extended and teeth exposed.

[[Okay, i'm back. I skimmed mostly everything from 100 up so this is gonna be crappy but at least I'm back. Ari and Xion after this.]]

Riku was still in shock over Hikari and the child deal but he didn't feel like discussing it here or now. Alexander came and took her away, speaking easily to her and trying to console her. he figured that was best for now. All he was going to do was shout so he needed to calm down and figure out what he wanted to know from her about Shock. He let them go and just ended up following the Memory Witch and the Keyblade Master's Nobody.

Riku had been leaning against a wall a few yards from Naminé and Roxas, allowing his girlfriend to hang out with her best friend but he wasn't comfortable with leaving them alone. So he remained close by, occassionally throwing glances up at them. He looked away as he heard feet shuffling and then Ari and Xion both shouted "Boo!" before laughing and running away together. The silvernette sighed, they didn't scare him. He glanced back at the two blondes and saw Roxas' lips pressed against Naminé's forehead. Riku's eyes narrowed as his girlfriend leaned back some, but didn't leave his embrace.

The teen moved quickly to where they were, grabbed Naminé by her arm and pulled her away and out of Roxas' reach before aiming a perfect punch to the boy's jaw. "What the hell is your damage, Roxas!?!" he shouted at the Nobody. He couldn't help but snicker some. "Get your emotions under control!!"

As Kairi continued attempting to attack the Heartless from inside, which was kind of hard to do since it was small and confined inside. As she did so some slimy, sticky substance oozed onto her arms, hands, and legs. The Princess gasped and cried out in pain as she realized it was some sort of stomach acid, eating away at her skin and clothes. She soon found out it was sticky because of all the candy the Heartless had swallowed hole as well. Fear struck the crimsonette, and she held her breath as she began frantically attacking now, knowing that she had to get out of there as soon as possible.

As she struggled inside, the red head suddenly heard and felt something else attacking the beast from the outside. This caused it to howl in pain, opening it's mouth. Kairi blinked at the sudden light then looked up. Above her was Sora, propping the Heartless' mouth open with his Keyblade. The brunette reached in and pulled the Princess out. The crimsonette quickly breathed in the fresh air, glad to be out of the Heartless' dark inside. However, her relief didn't last long. As Sora retracted his arm the Heartless snapped down and caught his forearm. "Sora!" Kairi screamed, horrified that he had gotten hurt helping her. The brunette hissed in pain, but managed to pry his arm loose. As he backed off from the beast, Sora asked Kairi if she was alright. The Princess barely noticed the bleeding acid burns on her arms, hands, and legs, she was too worried about Sora. "I'll be okay," she answered, "What about you?" With concerned eyes she looked at Sora's wound. She quickly reached into her pouch, pulled out a handkerchief, and tied it around Sora's arm to stop the bleeding. "That'll have to do for now," Kairi sighed.

The crimsonette was now aware that now Lakayna, Axel, Blink, and a girl she didn't know were now fighting along with her, Sora, and Jack. She was glad for all the help. And they were going to need it too, since more Heartless had appeared. Kairi ignored the pain she felt, gripped her Keyblade, and charged at the Heartless once again.

We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend.~

Jack watched in amazement as Blink summoned up several Deadly Night Shades to do his bidding. So, the boy could control plants? That was a useful power! He could use that for Halloween next year-- Wait! He needed to focus on the fight at hand! The skeleton shook his skull to focus, then watched as the Deadly Night Shade swallowed up a couple Heartless.
”Very impressive, Blink!” he praised, then turned to see two Wight Knights appear. They had long limbs like the Pumpkin King himself, in fact, it was almost as if they were trying to copy him. Jack merely laughed as they danced around, trying to scratch them. ”You’ll have to try harder than that to get us!” He jumped back and electrocuted one of them with a Thunder spell. He’d leave the other to Blink. He took a moment to look around the group. He sure hoped Sally was okay.

Sora turned to Kairi as she told him she was alright, even though she had several burns on her skin. He frowned at that, reaching into his pocket where he’d still had some room for a potion by some miracle. He handed it to the red-head.
”I’ll be fine, don’t worry about me,” he told her, then watched as she tied a cloth around his wound. He smiled softly at her, but was distracted from that as Lakayna released a huge fire dragon from her arrows. The smaller Heartless pulled back on its chain, then acting as if some sort of catapult, shot in front of the larger Heartless, taking the blow. That proved that the larger one was the main target. He gave a quick nod to Kairi to thank her and then ran forward, swinging at the smaller Heartless as it fell from Lakayna’s attack to get it out of the way. Then the brunette jumped up and slashed down hard at the beast’s stomach. However, much like a Large Body, the fat deflected his attack and he bounced back. He managed to land on his feet, but not before the small Heartless had recovered and came at him. It was obviously the better attacker, as it has some sort of acid all over its hands and was swinging madly at him. He blocked the swipes, turning briefly to the others.
”Find the big one’s weak spot!” he called. ”I’ll distract this thing!” Even though this Heartless was smaller than the large one, it was about Sora’s height, so it made blocking all of the attacks more difficult. But he could handle it. He just hoped the others would hurry and get rid of the big one.

Lakayna growled darkly when her attack hadn't hit its target. Her shoulders slumped a little from how much magic and energy it's taken to form that attack. "Dammit, that took a lot of power to execute," she cursed under her breath. She had to think of something; anything; that could be that larger main target's weakness. It was so well protected though. Unless...wait! Lakayna had an idea. It wasn't very pretty, but it could be their only shot.

"Sora, I've got an idea, but you're gonna have to trust me!" she said. Placing her arrows and bow back in the quiver, Lakayna ran to in front of the Heartless. "Hey you big dummy! Tasty snack right here!"she yelled at the ugly larger body attached to the smaller chained one, waving her arms to get its attention. Lakayna knew some of her friends would think her idea stupid. Her plan was to let the heartless swallow her, and destory it from the inside.

Sora frowned when Kairi had said she was alright, even though she clearly wasn't. He reached into his pocket, pulled out a potion, and handed it to her. The Princess took it and smiled, "Thank you Sora." She continued to smile as Sora nodded a thanks to her for the make shift bandage, before returning to the fight. The crimsonette then used the potion the Keybearer had given her, feeling some of her strength returning.

The red head watched in awe as Lakayna sent a huge fire dragon and Blink summoned up some Deadly Night Shades. The crimsonette need to get back into the action. Sora went on to slash the larger beast but was knocked back, and was facing an attack from the smaller one. The Princess watched as he blocked, then turned to the others. He told them that they needed to find the big one's weak spot while he distracted the smaller one. "Okay!" Kairi yelled in response. She knew that her boyfriend couldn't hold off the other one for too long so they needed to hurry.

Kairi dashed up to the large beast, and began looking around for a weak spot. She swung her Keyblade at it multiple times, sometimes landing hits, sometimes getting hit herself. She jumped and tried different spells on it, but they only did minimal damage. Then as Kairi went to strike again, a Wright Knight came from beside her and tripped her. She swung her Keyblade to balance herself, accidentally hitting the smaller Heartless Sora was keeping busy. Her Keyblade collided with it, and sent it smashing into the larger one's face. The large Heartless staggered back, taking a fair amount of damage. The crimsonette watched the result of her fluke, wondering if it would work again. Once both Heartless had gained composure, the Princess went after the small one again. She failed to dodge its first attacks, getting scratched by it's acid hands, but she managed to dodge its last move. She swung her Keyblade once more at, striking it into the larger one, having the same reaction as last time. "Sora!" Kairi called to the brunette, "Using one to attack the other seems to be an effective approach!" But would it be enough to destroy it? Lakayna seemed to have a plan, and whatever it was, Kairi hoped that it would work.

Sora blocked blow after blow from the smaller Heartless. He could handle this for a while, but eventually the Heartless would find a hole. It did a lot sooner that he’d thought. He’d been distracted when he’d felt something in his face pound, like someone had just punched him square in the jaw. But there was no one around him. He brushed it off as nothing for the time being, deciding he’d figure it out later. However, the distraction had given the smaller Heartless enough time to strike at him, tearing through the front of his shirt and scratching his chest. He gasped as he felt the acid go into his open wound and start eating away at him. He didn’t think such a little amount would kill him, but it was gonna hurt really bad the further it went in. The Heartless kept striking, so there was no time to heal or perform any other maneuver that would heal him.

Sora then heard Lakayna call to him, telling him that he had to trust her and that she had a plan. He deflected one of the slashes made at him so that he could turn for a moment to see what the dragon-girl was doing. She was taunting the larger one to eat her. It made sense, but it was too risky with that acid inside it… unless they could dry it out!
”Be careful!” he shouted to her, turning back to the small Heartless. ”When you get inside, use any fire magic you have left. That should dry it out!” Before he could react, the Heartless took another swing at him. He braced himself for a second dosage of the poison, but something knocked it away. It spiraled into the larger Heartless, doing what appeared to be some massive damage. Kairi had been the one to save him, and so she tried this assault again. It worked. That had to be it!
”Hey Kairi, have you ever played racquetball?” he inquired with a smirk, pushing back the burning sensation in his chest. His clothes had sewn themselves back together, such was the properties of the magic thread that had been used to make them. Still, blood was seeping through, not that one could tell since his shirt was black. Didn’t mean that it didn’t hurt, though. Sora took another swing at the smaller Heartless and made it bounce off the larger so that when it came back, it would be in the perfect position for Kairi to hit it. If they could volley it back and forth, with few interruptions from the other Heartless, then they’d have it defeated in no time.
