My OCs got killer development, sure, but look at the statistics:
Ghis-Some CMOAs, development, and probably a promotion.
Charice-Heroic BSODs and general badassery.
Javert-Development and future emo-ness and resolve.
Rhys-Gets engaged and therefore laid. That's EASILY worth ten CMOAs.
Thus, we can only conclude that Rhys > Rhys' OCs.

Well, Rhys is ALMOST engaged. So ALMOST laid. Also, Blossom didn't get much development since I tend to make her more in the background... but she got to meet Ganon and do some stuff. Too bad her fight got cut short with the whole thrown-into-a-collapsible-wall thing. (Damn you, Acme!)
