Kaori's eyes widened and she definitely blushed crimson this time. "Wh-what?" she stammered, replaying his words over in her head and still deciding she must have heard him wrong. Who would want to be with her? An orphan shunned and cast out from society? She felt tears welling up again, but this time the feeling that accompanied them was strange. It wasn't sadness, it was... She looked up at him, smiling very faintly as she got up the nerve to utter a single word, forcing her voice not to shake as she did. "Yes."
[Awww! xD;; Now it's my bedtime because parents are home. -shot again-]

He looked up, hearing her answer. Yes... She said yes! he thought, smiling. His blush started to fade slowly as he smiled with joy. "I'm happy... I was afraid you were going to reject me," he laughed. "To be honest... although as old as I am... that was the first time I've asked someone out," he said, rubbing the back of his head.

Kaori smiled at him, wiping away a tear that threatened to fall. "...No one's ever asked me that before," she admitted quietly and then uttered a small sigh. "It almost doesn't seem real..." She turned towards her hands that were nervously plucking at some grass from the ground. She knew her face was still red but ignored it for now, listening to the steady beat of her tail hitting the ground.

Eva sighed "I don't know if it's what I wanted or not". She dried her eyes and got up clenching her fists "All i know is I don't let anything play with my emotions" and with that she stormed off towards where the flowers grew.
"Now Kazuma i'm gonna need you to stand back" She stood silent then knelt dowm palms on the ground. She started to draw energy out of the earth, her hands glowed a white shimmery light, then she rose above the ground. Her eyes opened, an angry glare in them she never got, and she formed a grey psychic energy orb in her hand and threw it at where the flowers grew. The flowers shriveled and fell to dust. She floated back down to the ground and fainted.

He smiled. "Then that's one more thing the two of us have in common, yet again," he laughed. Since his hand still seemed to be on her shoulder, he pulled him into to her, kissing her gently.

Kaori smiled back nodding silently. She blushed again as she took noticed his hand still there, but then her eyes widened greatly as he pulled her forward. She didn't resist however, for once not letting her instinct take over. Her eyes closed and she slowly wrapped her arms around him, unaware that the constant beat of her tail had stopped. This was insane! She barely knew him, yet here she was...
[I haven't really played a guy either. ^^;]

Sai pulled back slowly and smiled at her. "And I thought you would have pushed back and slapped me," he teased. This was all a first to him, and he didn't know what to expect, but he was glad it was Kaori next to him.

Kaori laughed at the thought, shaking her head. "No, I wouldn't ever..." she murmured, but there was mischevious glint in her eye. She smiled at him, slowly bringing a hand to her still red face and covering half of it as a sudden wave of embarassment hit her, like she just realized she'd kissed someone. However, after she thought about it for a moment, she realized it didn't actually bother her.
[Yes. ^^ And I don't think they're disgusting at all. >.>;;
I'm about to pass out on the keyboard though, and I also have homework left. xP So I'll see ya!]

He put his hand against the one she leaned on her face. "What's wrong?" he asked softly, smiling at her. She's one of the first people, one of the few, that I've ever felt so comfortable around, he thought.

Kaori closed her eyes as she took a deep breath. Then they reopened as she smiled and once again successfully fought an instinct to jerk away from his touch. "I still feel like I'm dreaming," she admitted softly. "But it's the first good dream in years, and I don't want to wake up..." She sighed softly, pushing away any bad thoughts for the time being. Her dream from just a moment ago had been forcefully forgotten for now.

He smiled. "Well, if you want to continue to think you're dreaming," he said gently, "then you won't ever wake up, and anything you want can happen," he laughed. A dream... do I have those? he thought, trying to remember if he'd ever had a dream. "I'm glad... that as long as you think that this was the first good dream in a while, I was in it," he smiled.

Kaori frowned faintly as she thought over his words. "But I..." she glanced back up at him, smiling faintly. "It'd be much better, I think, if this wasn't a dream. What if this was really happening?" She nodded lightly to herself. "That would be more amazing than anything..." She was slowly convincing herself that this might just be a dream, one of those odd ones where you dream that you wake up, but are really still asleep. Then she glanced back up at him. "How do you figure out if you're still asleep or not?" she asked, tilting her head curiously.

"Pinch yourself?" he suggested, not knowing himself, he just knew he heard something like that a lot."You know, that old saying 'somebody pinch me, i think i'm dream. Besides, if this is a dream, then when you finally think you're awake, I'll just ask you again," he smiled down at her.

"...does that work?" Kaori asked and then glanced down at her arm. Slowly, she reached out with a clawed hand and pinched it, wincing as she did. "Ow..." she murmured and then looked up at him. "It hurt so.. I'm awake?" She flushed red again, realizing now for sure that the kiss and this whole.. everything was really happening.

Lighttt walked into the Ancient Forost and the first thing he saw was Kaori and Sai. Very close. He shrugged hoping they did not see him and focus on why he was here for: The crosses. So he started going through the mazes to get there, but each time he ended up where Kaori and Sai were. And each time he made an even louder noise that might reveal him.The next time he entered the maze and ended up where Kaori and Sai were once again. This time he made a noise that anybody could hear. Crap! I will turned into water vapor but there will be still mist! I am toast.. Lighttt turned to water vapor as he said and anybody could see mist around the Ancient Forost. The mist was him!
