Raine smiled as his comrades agreed. He had been fixing on looking through his old sensei's scrolls to learn some of the amazing things Hatchi had promised to teach him. Stepping forwad, he began towards the village but stopped. His expression freezing, and a cold chill running down his back.
"AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Quickly Raine shot a look to kimiko and Xen. His eyes wide. The overwhelming urgency to move taking him. He knew what he had to do. Raine was reckless and reckless made him fearless. The small boy sprinted forward hopping the other would follow, they were a team now. "Come on!" he screamed behind him. They were real shinobi now, sworn to protect their village to death.

In a split second, Xenon Maboroshi's countenance changed. His facade of mellow pleasantness was gone. His gaze was sharp. He quickly took the tree's, getting ahead of his slower teammates. His mind was a funny thing. It was suddenly filled with questions he had no answers to. What was going on? And...what was this sense of foreboding that he felt. There was no evidence as of yet to dictate this was a particularly dangerous situation... but...
He could feel it. He looked ahead, his chakra aided feet carrying him through the tree canopy above his teammates. There was definitely more than one scream... whatever was happening was causing a ruckus... it was possible the village was under attack...but...why? He stayed fairly up to date on current events... there had been no great change in the balances of power... no real indication or hint...If this was an attack from another village...it was without warning...still that gave some small comfort, because there was also a chance it was also ill concieved...
Kimiko was suddenly looking wide eyed and concerned. What could possibly be going on? But those sounds...people were in danger...people who were in pain... something stirred within her... 'I've...got to help them! I've got to!'
Xenon slipped some senbon between his fingers of one hand, just in case... if need be he'd use them on enemies...but if the situation was too dangerous... his eyes cast back to Kimiko. 'I'll have to stop her from dong anything stupidly heroic...if this is an attack from another village it's quite possibly out of our league...I might have to find a way to disable them both...' he blinked 'No...I won't need to incapacitate them, merely redirect them... I'll just play to their senses of honor and get them to take care of the citizens, away from the action of course...' he didn't nod to himself, but he may as well have...his golden eyes seemed resigned as he continued on, still driven to get a better understanding of the situation...

Dash flicked his eyes from behind his glasses, just entering the training grounds out limits as he heard a blood curling scream, than many more to follow. His first thoughts went to the kids behind him, they'd probably herd that as well. If they knew what was good for them than they would stay back, run as far as they could. However.... knowing there was a Tekkenseisai in the group. <********> he whispered to himself, hurrying his pace to the action as well as ascending the height of the tree branches. He soon came to the edge of the forest, where he could see over to the commotion. Even from the distance he could feel the tension in the air, literally, the air felt like electricity on his skin. Kasuke must have been there already. Relieved a bit, Dash knew he could turn back to take care of the brat trio.

Raine ran forward as fast as he could, his untrained legs burning with agony. His lungs heaving in deep gulps of air. He Saw flashes of Xen above him, surprised that he had followed. Even he had enough dignity to defend their home. Pushing forward the screaming became louder and many more villagers joined into the chorus. He quickly snapped the string at his waist and slip on his blades. The training grounds just ahead of him.
Dash turned back, They got here quick. he looked to Xen who was obviously the fastest, having master chakra control. The man pivoted hopping back with speed unseen by human eyes. He placed his body hard and took narrow stance. Instantly appearing before Xen his hands open and his eyes fire behind his glasses in the sun. "STOP!"
Raine flinched, sliding in the dirt as his teeth grit at the possible enemy, hi muscles tightening. But the figure before Xen, Dash?

Xen did so. Well, well, it just went to show even people he thought little of could prove useful under the proper circumstances. "Pardon Sir, but you and I are of like mind in this instance... I'm not the one you need to stop..."
Kimiko heard this and slowly came to a halt, her eyes casting upward. "Sensei?" she blinked "Sensei what's going on!?" Her eyes were filled with a sort of mix of worry, and fiery determination that suited her.
Xenon's eyes focused slightly, their intensity unwavering "I'd like to know that myself..." he eyes went to his two other teammates down below. Slightly more quiet he said seriously "Requesting permission to subdue my teammates in the event of reckless action...sir." Xenon's meaning was clear. His first priority was to find out what was happening, but his over all prerogative was of course himself, and his teammates were now an extension of that, whether they liked it or not. He'd keep them from doing something incredibly stupid even if he had to do so by force.
The village was his village, and he'd fight to protect it on those grounds, but he wasn't so foolish as to endanger himself over a few civilians. This probably the extent of the difference they could make should they intervene in any sort of large scale attack... he wasn't going to take the risk if he didn't have to. Hopefully Dash would order them to hold their position, and hopefully Raine and Kimiko would listen to him. Still, that was the best case scenario...and he tried to avoid depending too much on his luck.
Kimiko's hand kept acting like it wanted to grasp her sword on reflex. She didn't want to stop, she didn't want to have to here explanations if people were in trouble. Otogakure was her village...if there was trouble, she had to try and help, not only as a shinobi, but as a person. She couldn't let innocent people die when she had the power to save them...this was what she'd been working for. She couldn't hear what Maboroshi had just muttered, but right ow she didn't care, she only knew that the screams were not subsiding while they stood here...

A massive crash broke the forest and shook the very ground. Dash would have to report as soon as possible, if these damned kids weren't his responsibility. "The village has been invaded by the Takikage from what I gathered. I'm sure Kasuke is out there though. Either way there is nothing any of you can do about it." he stopped looking down at the two below.
"The only thing you can do to help is get out of my way right now." he was cold, setting his priorities he chose to ignore more than a few of their questions.
A distant scream, ignored by them all.
Raine's eyes widened and bugged. The Takikage?! he recalled a women in white through the water, Shif beside him as they both choked for air the world soon falling black. "Gah" There was no way he could stand back, he'd take that b***h again in a second! "She killed HATCHI!" his anger flared, and Raine pulled his blades up, his skin rippling as his muscles hardened preparing for battle.
A closer scream, with a familiar name.
Dash glared down at Raine. Idiot. Letting his emotions get in the way of the mission. "Shut up. Your a shinobi now, enforced by the otokage and me. I'm gonna let this kid take you out if you don't shut up and go quietly."
A closer scream now, barely audible. "RAINE!"
Dash turned his attention from the team. The small boy stopped as well.
A small figure bust through the trees frantically, stopping to call his names for a second before seeing Dash and Xen.
"Hey, Hey!"
He came closer now, enough to see. A young boy, in bight yellow, an oto band sewn on his pants. Lavi vaulted toward them landing on a branch near Dash, who stared coldly back. "Orders from Kasuke. I'm taking all the kids I can find to the abandoned passages in the rice fields. Where's Raine!" he spoke with the worry of an older brother, before seeing his small friend and jumping down to him. "Raine!" He grabbed the boys shoulder pulling him up over his shoulders with ease. "Come on we're leaving." he glanced to the others while Raine tried to wiggle free from Lavi's painful grip.
Dash smiled, quite relieved. "Good. Go with him." and with that he was gone.

Xenon watched their Sensei go, and turned back down to Raine. "Raine...do as he says... he..." then he looked even more stern. "Momoe-san!!"
Kimiko had started toward the village again. She stopped at Maboroshi's tone but looked back at him with a glare to match his own. "We can't just run away if the village is under attack! We have to go help the Otokage! I know you don't care about the people dying right now Maboroshi, but I do!"

"KIMIKO!"
Once again Kimiko froze, but this time her eyes went a little bit softer as well. This was the second time today he'd called her by her first name... then again there was also another reason why she'd stopped.
Xenon had jumped down from the branches, vanishing in the air on the way down, and appearing in front of her, his Senbon drawn, three in each hand. His eyes were now almost steel, their gaze hardened beyond what Genin's should have been. "Your right...the lives of faceless villagers do rank lower on my list of priorities, think what you want of that... but before you do use your brain to consider the situation. If it is just the Taki Kage, than the only thing you'll do is get in Lord Kasuke's way..." he actually looked quite relaxed in his stance, but as usual this was deceptive, his limber muscles prepared to react at the slightest hint. "I won't allow you to throw your life away for such an endeavor, if I have to...I'll stop you myself..."
Kimiko blinked, shock showing on her face. First of all that Maboroshi had called her by her first name again, second of all that he'd appeared in front of her, and lastly that....well, he was seriously threatening her. She knew her rival well enough to know he wasn't bluffing, if she tried to pass him...he'd attack... "Maboroshi... you..." she frowned "We're ninja now! How can you be so selfish when people need our help, even if there's a small chance that we could help Kasuke we have to go! It's the right thing to do!"
"You're a fool!!" Xenon shouted above her, his tone cutting through her own. "It's true that my motives are self preserving, but I also swore to defend this village, and I keep my word. If I believed there was anything we could do do you think I would be trying to stop you in such earnest!? If you don't have trust in me, then have faith in the Otokage to handle this, if you don't have faith in him then have faith in the village itself. Otogakure has lived through far worse than this... your duty now is to follow your orders! We need to help the examiner gather the children."
Kimiko was staring at Maboroshi, her eyes fluttering slightly with indecision. She knew that he was right... but she didn't want to admit it. The truth was though, that she had to, if only because she had faith in all the above, including her rival. "Fine..." she looked discouraged, but gave Maboroshi a nod.
Xenon stood for a moment longer then looked at Raine "I don't know the Senin , but if this woman killed him, I have a question, are you a better man than he?"
Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique) A high-speed movement technique. It is described as 'appearing with the wind and disappearing like the wind.' A very basic jutsu, it appears that most shinobi above Genin-rank know it. Using chakra to activate the body, the user is able to move from one point to another with extreme speeds. This super-fast movement is almost impossible to see with the naked eye. To a normal person, it would seem as if the user has teleported. The amount of Chakra used depends on the distance and elevation between the user and the destination. Cp cost: 1 per ft Damage: N/A Requirements: Dexterity 20+ Training days: 3 days. Special: When rolling initiation checks or racing, or anything that involves speed, add chk mod to the dice roll.

Raine flung his limbs trying to free himself. "Lavi let me go! I want to fight her again!" Lavi's grip was tight on him though, he didn't feel just how tightly he was being help through his muscles defense.
"Raine shut up. You wouldn't stand a chance." he stepped forward to the other two. "Come on, you guys are insane, trying to get over there." A massive crash in the distance than a den so loud Lavi couldn't even yell over it anymore. He gazed up, mouth gaping. This was really bad! Quickly, Lavi stepped forward, letting on of Raine's hands go, luckily he was in awe of the action he heard and dared not move. The chunin grabbed Kimiko's katana holster, realizing that it was wrapped around her, lifting her up and with great effort jumping up into the tree. "He turned to scream at her to cooperate, but even from inches away he was inaudible. Instead he just threw her over his should and Raine knee, carrying them both out toward the rice fields. Kimiko was flailing suddenly "H-hey! Put me down I'll cooperate already! Let me run! Maboroshi tell him to put me down!!!"
Xenon didn't seem to be listening. He was focusing on what Raine had said. 'Fight her again? Heh... well he did say he'd fought most of the Kage's...what a idiot. If he already knows what Kage's capable of, he's no excuse at all. I suppose that's the mark of hero...heh.' he looked back briefly at the sound of the events. 'At least it seems logic wins out this time... still...' he seemed a little distant, and slightly curious 'The Takikage...I wonder what her reason for becoming strong was... hm. Maybe I'll get the chance to ask her someday...' he looked to Kimiko "Momoe-san, calm down, if you hadn't been so reckless in the first place he wouldn't have to."
"But I agreed that you were right! Come on this isn't funny tell him to put me down! This is so embarrassing!" she was kicking even as she complained, her face pointed behind him and toward Maboroshi, who was tailing the chuunin as they went.
Xenon gave her his deceptively innocent all purpose smile. "Well if you prefer, I could carry you Momoe-san."
Kimiko frowned, her eyes narrowing at him. "That's not funny Maboroshi!"

A sort of numb sleep seem to hang in Rosies mind. A dull dizzyness that happened when one was on the edge betweem being rested and asleep. A yawn like the yowl of a bear came from the girls mouth as she streched. It had been quite a long time sense the last leaf had fallen, and sitting here on the grass was painfully boring. Then again so was most training. It was tedious, repetative, and sadly, effective. If she could get perfect after one go around then the drill was pointless now wasn't it? Everything had to be done for a reason, even tasks like these.

((DAMN YOU -3 DEX!)) so... Slow.... So.... Dull. Rosie faied in and out of conciousness. Crossing the bridge between unatentive resting and sleep. It was a struggle just to keep her senses open. She felt so much like letting them shut off for a bit. Just a wink or two. Under the tree the girl passed out into sleep. her breath was slow but heavy. A chill wind blew over her causing her to shutter and roll herself into a ball. Just a few moments, that's all she need just a... moment... or...zzz

after the attack on the villiage,Kurina left the rice fields and went to the training grounds again, not only for its training, but for its peacful environments. she walked over the bridge, staring at the water stream with a smile on her face, she missed this place. while walking around the place, she noticed a girl sitting on the ground, she seemed daydreaming or sleeping. so she walked to an empty space,so she wont disturbe her with her training. after she finished her first jutsu, she began,to remember the instructions of the second jutsu she should learn. the Bunshin no Jutsu . she sat on the ground, with a dull face, the road of great shinibo is really tiring.
this is boring... nevermind,i should do something now.. she thought yawning and stretching her arms, while concetrating on what to do. " oh yes...i remember what they were.." she said exitedly, then she stood up,closed her eyes, and relaxed. it was time for some training.she started doing some hand seals, and build up her chakra, then after she completes them she would start creating the clones.
FIRST PART: dc:10 roll: 5 + 14 = 19 train: 1/5 posts: 1
Bunshin no Jutsu For the first part of the Bunshin training, the students would practice their handseals;Tiger boar ox and dog while building up their chakra. DC: 10 Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control Train: ?/5 No cp cost and no hp deduction.
Part II The second part of the training would be to create the actual clones by using the hand seals. To successfully create a clone, the student would have to have a total of 5. At every incriment of 5, the student would make a clone. 5 = 1 clone (-1cp) 10 = 2 clones (-2cp) 15 = 3 clones (-3cp) 20 = 4 clones (-4cp) If a student only has 3 CP then he cannot create 4 clones, even if his total is 20. Resting for one post will gain back +2Cp. The must successfully complete the jutsu 4 times, disregarding how many clones they create. Formula: 1d20 + Chakra Control Train: ?/4

Kurina managed to complete the second seal, the boar seal, now she would start doing the ox and then the dog, so she could start building up her chakra to summon the clones, and complete this jutus fairly. it was difficult but enjoyable too. alright, one step closer to finish this one... she mentally said to herself and she looked around, and then closed her eyes, she was focusing and remembering the instructions for the seals.
