Aurons_Blade Maybe cancer was MEANT to be incurable. Horrible to think, but maybe... Aww, who the ******** knows, I'm hella tired. G'NIGHT. It doesn't need a cure, it is not a typical disease. I seek prevention, because it is a genetic defect! twisted If I were to grow that old, this is how I would want to do it. Quote: At age 85, she took up fencing, and at 100, she was still riding a bicycle. She gave up smoking only five years before her death. Jeanne lived on her own until shortly before her 110th birthday, when it was decided that she needed to be moved to a nursing home. However, Jeanne was still in good shape, and was able to walk until a fall at age 114 years and 11 months, which required surgery. She reportedly attributed her longevity and relatively youthful appearance for her age to olive oil, which she said she poured on all her food and rubbed onto her skin, as well as a diet of port wine, and nearly 2 pounds of chocolate eaten every week. Healthy until the end. She didn't complain of deteriorating health until 5 months before she died. It is nice to know she lived happily, and not as a husk for 40 years.

Holy s**t. She died in 1997, and yet she met Van Gogh in person (and evidently didn't like him). LOL she made a deal with her landlord, she sold him back the apartment she bought from him. He was to give her 2,500 francs a year until she died. Long after he died his widow kept paying the debt. She ended up getting the equivalent to 180,000 American dollars xd
