That level of debuff, constantly, on everyone around you but yourself? Jesus.

Kinda makes it hard for anyone to want to work with you XP

DenShazo One more thing xD Really minor thing with the update and very easy to overlook. You'll love me Another thing! -points at advanced update thread post- But...but. I thought you started at level 1, and then you had to spend EXP to get to level 2, which gives you your first unlock, and then at level 3 you get your second unlock? Or do you actually start with an unlock of your choice?

You start with soul energy at level 1 At 3k exp you get to boost it or unlock another perk At 6k exp you get to boost it again or unlock another perk It's incremental so by the time you hit max bloodline level you should have everything at max rank

I upped my soul energy to level 2 as well as increasing my commune to life by 1 level. Which would give me the two points I have to spend. Unless I am batshit nuts, and missing something. Also, I did the technique editing too. T-T Those poor, useless, level 5 / 10 / 15 upgrades. xD Who wants to upgrade a level 0 jutsu to level 5? What practical use can that possibly have? xD Is it even possible to have a level 0 jutsu that you can raise to 5? Because it would have to be an RP effect jutsu that you increase the level of...to...erm...do nothing? xD Edit: NEVERMIND! I read your note as 'you CAN'T use a level 20 upgrade to make a level 20 jutsu go up to 25. It has to be used to upgrade a jutsu TO level 20. But that makes more sense now. So I am going to re-edit my skill one more time. Haha. I assume, after upgrading a level 15 to 20, using the level 15 upgrade. I can use the level 20 upgrade, to then upgrade the already upgraded jutsu, again, yes?

If you use a level 5 upgrade on a Lv 0 jutsu it becomes level 5 and gains 5pts of effects it can use smile Yes you are able to chain Upgrades like that

You can not "save up" upgrades. Rather whenever you earn an upgrade it can only be spent on Jutsu of an equal or lower level than 1/4 your Int Score when you unlocked it. This means your first upgrade (Unlocked at 20 Int) can only be spent on Jutsu that are level 5 or lower, your second (unlocked at 40 Int) can only be spent on Jutsu that are level 10 or lower. This keeps people from saving a ton up and then spending them all on one Jutsu that's higher level when unlocked later to suddenly jump in power. Also posted.
