Rain can be delightfully soothing <3 I adore staying in bed or a rainy day and doing utterly nothing!
Oh I know it's not good to do it all the time... I'm just feeling super twitchy about it right now and I want to splurge on something, ANYTHING! /bad role model

Thought concrete floors and walls are the thing there. Ours is a semi-basement. We live on a hill, so part of the lower level is underground, while another part opens at ground level. The carpeting is at the ground-level area, where we have a family room. Things like the utility room and the fireplace are partially underground.
