Nyl Phairen "He might have, if he'd gotten that far in Kaze training. He never fooled around with Ijutsu, though. ...Not that I know of, anyway." he shrugged " He was a Kaze kage and by the time he was a chuunin he was flying at high speeds and was teaching others to fly. Or so he told me. "

"I didn't keep track of how far along in Kaze he was." She smiled. "My job was to make sure he didn't kill anyone. Which brings me to an interesting point, actually. Fuji...asked me to do the same for you, in a way. To make sure you don't get yourself killed, is more like it. ...But only if you agree."
