Kuro is surprised by this attack and jumps over the grenade landing near the hunter, his swords now gone. The grenade goes off and the building catches on fire "Oh aren't you a bright hunter, aren't you meant to protect the other mortals" with that he goes to the edge and jumps off it then waits for the hunter to follow after him so they can continue the fight

Cady stands up and fires more holy rounds at the demon as he jumps away. he wasn't engaging him up-close and personaly, but just then he hears sirens. "s**t... we'll finish this another time, scumbag" he yells after the demon, before running in the opposite direction and leaping off the roof to a lower balcony, then charges through the apartment it was connected too and dissapears out the other side.

Finn wondered into the city, this time she was conchess enough about the wether to bring an umbrella.
"is it ever going to stop raining...i miss the moon" she thaught as she studied some jewlry in a shop window that was rediculasly priced.

Walking languidly down the dark street, she seemed to glow in an ethereal manner. Her almost translucent skin seemed to always give such an effect. Alistair was almost always quiet, prefering to walk amongst shadows than truly be a part of anything. Spotting a figure ahead at the jewelry shop she'd stopped at a few days ago, she wondered if socialization would be a nice additive to her evening. She wasn't hungry, so they had nothing to fear. With her fangs safe from veiw, she approached the female ahead, hands stuffed in pockets. Her wet auburn hair fell in her face as she continued to walk towards her.

Finn herd someone approching from behind her. she turned to look at the person behind her.
"a vampire... again." Finn thaught with a sigh.
she had been running into so meny lately and frankly the daily battles were getting old. so she just looked at the new arival with a smile retaining her pupish nature.
" hi there!" she said in a happy tone. which was normal for her even if she was fealing grouchy she alwase greeted people with a smile

Alistair smiled in return, extracting her hands from the depths of her pockets to shove her hair behind her ears. "Hello," she replied. Knowing the girl to be a lycan, she wondered why the lycan was being so pleasant. "You don't need to think you're going to have to run from me, I'm no death dealer," she began. Alistair figured that if nothing else, the lycan's annoyance would subside.

"then thats a record for me! your the first vampire ive ever met who isn't a death dealer!" Finn said with a smile.
"and what are you doing out in this rain?" she asked in an accuseing voice with a smile, like a little kid trying to get someone in trubble.

She looked shocked in her innocence. "Why, what else would I be doing out in the rain? I'm getting wet." She smiled kindly. "The same could be asked of you, I suppose. But, I don't care to know..." She yawned slightly. "Don't worry, I'm not hungry either..." She smiled again, this time her fangs gleeming slgihtly.

"well im not getting wet!" she replied smugly as she reffered to her umbrella that she had finaly remembered to bring.
"and i wasent concerned about your diet ether...i hear that vampires cant stand lycan blood..." she then smiled like a big know-it-all kid.

She smiled as she moved under the umbrella. "Some lycans aren't so well informed, I fear." She shook her head softly, as to not get the kind lycan wet. "I'm called Alistair by the way. Do you live here in New York?"

"yep! i got a real home and everything! not some roach infested apartment" she said like she was showing off some new develpoment.
"my names Finn nice to meet you...no pun intened" she said with an ear to ear grin.

She grinned back at her. "Most lycan's I've met tried to kill me before they said hello even." She sighed, "But it seems our races have been at eachother's throats for some time." She shook her head and thought a moment on that. "A blood feud older than most...it's sad is all...." She sighed again and then looked up at Finn. "It's lovely to meet you by the way." Her irish accent coming through more heavily now.

Finn looked twards the skys with a hopeful smile.
" i think that the fude will end someday...and the hunters will be the ones to end it... i hope that some day the lycans and the vamires will work together to defeat the hunters." this was the first time she actualy sounded like the adult she was on the outside since the two had come into contact.
she then looked back to the vampire with a silly pupish smile once more

She smiled at the girl, "You seem so young, surely you aren't?" Of course to Alistair, young was something that was up for grabs. Six hundred years had taughter her that much, pushing her hair back once again, she debated sticking it back in a bun or something. Finn's hopeful behavior was very interesting. "I agree with you, you know? If we all banded together against the hunters or just made an agreement with them, things would be easier."
