I went and got the Ranger and Summoner asterisks; now I'm heading back to Florem for the beauty contest and a peek at a subquest guide tells me that Red Mage and Valkryie are next. (My favorite jobs; can't wait!) (Goodness, Ringabel's dialogue during this whole Florem chapter is hiLARious! 8D)
Thanks for sending another attack! Unfortunately, I already used it on Mephilia, since her summons/grunts were giving me a hard time. (Thankfully, Agnes was a Time mage at the time, so two Time Slips let me try different tactics before finally resorting to your Agnes's Meteor.) Still don't know whether I battled her out of order since Artemia was much easier. Debating whether I should ask you to send Merchant's Millionaire, so that I can buy better equipment/stop grinding and farming for gold to do so, or some other powerful attack to keep in reserve. At the moment, I think? I'm strong enough to carry on on my own, so the money might be more useful.

So I noticed... I expected to have to slay the summoned beast, not bascially have my entire party killed/reduced to ~10% HP when facing the water beast (Whats-her-Name's Sin).
Thanks! So Millionaire didn't turn into quite the get-rich scheme I'd imagined... So much for cheap-earning all the gold I'd need to buy those 60+k weapons. XD;;
Dumb Fiore keeps restoring BP when I hit him. I can double-Shell against his attacks, but when he's attacking significantly more often than I, it's really hard to keep my entire party alive by the time Fiore is dead, AND his blasted cologne can charm men too (wtf). I've beat him twice with only Tiz or Agnes alive at the end, but I want everyone to level at roughly the same rate. Edea is already behind because she died during a previous boss battle (Khamer/Khint, I believe) and I accidentally saved over it. I don't want to have you send another attack yet because sooner or later, I may rage-win and cheat my way through (and I can beat him on my own with luck).
Knight Ringabel amuses me very much. (I already said this Florem chapter makes his character even funnier.) I quite like him in that armor (and it's fun watching that cape move XD) and the thought of leaving such a flirt in noble armor strikes me as hilariously ironic. His mannerisms fit well enough, but his antics... A shame that he is best suited for fast and not heavily-armored classes. Agnes looks good as a Summoner to me, too. Ranger costumes amuse me. What are your favorite costumes?

the point is to survive the attack, not slay it (if you want to get her, try using an iceflame shield. if at least one survives, it'll work))

there should be an accessory that can block charm attacks. him healing is also troublesome, so cast reflect on him so he can't heal himself. (unless you already beat him, in which case ignore me) xD

btw, have you awakened the water crystal? the next area should be Eisenberg, where the fire crystal is

Too bad I didn't invest in shields XD Oh well, got that one already. You've nothing to apologize for; I merely deluded myself into thinking there was an easier way to get rich than simply grind or grind with Merchants. (Where does their inherent More Money bonus appear anyway? I can't tell if that actually helps.)
I have the accessory to block Charm; it's a shame there aren't more available. And I don't know whether it would be best to cast Reflect on him to reflect his healing attempts or on one of my party members (I have some X-Potions) to reverse his own magic attacks. It's his (Thundaga) that mauls me most since he can hit everyone with it. Then again, free healing always helps, so may as well try that when I go again. Tried six times; a few more won't hurt XD

I think I like Valkryies, Ninjas, Knights, Red Mages, and Summoners best, though I haven't tried all the jobs out there. I guess Performer is one of your faves?

So I noticed... I expected to have to slay the summoned beast, not bascially have my entire party killed/reduced to ~10% HP when facing the water beast (Whats-her-Name's Sin).
Thanks! So Millionaire didn't turn into quite the get-rich scheme I'd imagined... So much for cheap-earning all the gold I'd need to buy those 60+k weapons. XD;;
Dumb Fiore keeps restoring BP when I hit him. I can double-Shell against his attacks, but when he's attacking significantly more often than I, it's really hard to keep my entire party alive by the time Fiore is dead, AND his blasted cologne can charm men too (wtf). I've beat him twice with only Tiz or Agnes alive at the end, but I want everyone to level at roughly the same rate. Edea is already behind because she died during a previous boss battle (Khamer/Khint, I believe) and I accidentally saved over it. I don't want to have you send another attack yet because sooner or later, I may rage-win and cheat my way through (and I can beat him on my own with luck).
Knight Ringabel amuses me very much. (I already said this Florem chapter makes his character even funnier.) I quite like him in that armor (and it's fun watching that cape move XD) and the thought of leaving such a flirt in noble armor strikes me as hilariously ironic. His mannerisms fit well enough, but his antics... A shame that he is best suited for fast and not heavily-armored classes. Agnes looks good as a Summoner to me, too. Ranger costumes amuse me. What are your favorite costumes?
the point is to survive the attack, not slay it (if you want to get her, try using an iceflame shield. if at least one survives, it'll work))

there should be an accessory that can block charm attacks. him healing is also troublesome, so cast reflect on him so he can't heal himself. (unless you already beat him, in which case ignore me) xD

btw, have you awakened the water crystal? the next area should be Eisenberg, where the fire crystal is

You've nothing to apologize for; I merely deluded myself into thinking there was an easier way to get rich than simply grind or grind with Merchants. (Where does their inherent More Money bonus appear anyway? I can't tell if that actually helps.)
I have the accessory to block Charm; it's a shame there aren't more available. And I don't know whether it would be best to cast Reflect on him to reflect his healing attempts or on one of my party members (I have some X-Potions) to reverse his own magic attacks. It's his (Thundaga) that mauls me most since he can hit everyone with it. Then again, free healing always helps, so may as well try that when I go again. Tried six times; a few more won't hurt XD
Aww XD But I read all the job descriptions on the site, so it won't be much of a spoiler so long as you don't give away how/where you got the job. I think I like Valkryies, Ninjas, Knights, Red Mages, and Summoners best, though I haven't tried all the jobs out there. I guess Performer is one of your faves?

I don't really sue Merchants, so I wasn't much aware of the Millionaire ability. However, they do have an ability to earn more money that you have to add once you level it up
if I remember correctly, I had to level myself up a bit before I beat Fiore. I do know the white mage has an ability to half damage. Angel Shield or something. If you say so xD
performer, Valkyrie, arcanist, spritmaster, and conjurer are my all time faves xD
