Oh he'll turn himself in, the police and what not will just think he surrendered, but he has no intention on running. He's spent nearly a month without his coin so Good Harvey has had a chance to get a foot hold over Two-Face.

Not to mention Jigsaw's tape of all of Prescott's accusations.... along with photographic evidence of his Venom deals.
