"All of you others are, but how are us demons worse then lycans or you vampires?" he looks over at Rikku and sees her watching a mortal "Oh just go and feed on it then maybe you could focus more on our conversation" he says standing up "I wish to ask you a few questions, though I myself do not know why, I would rather kill myself" he looks over the edge at the humans

Kuro fades in next to her "Now have you had enough to eat?" he says before looking out into the street at a human walk past then to Rikku

"Why is it that you seem to think that us demons our worse then lycans or vampires?" he says as he closes the dumpster lid and sits on top of it "I mean I myself am rather closely simailiar to vampires" he crosses his legs and closes his eyes "You seem to think that us demons are worthless or that we are traitors or something like that"

"True some are, but not all of us are like that" he says in a bit of an angry tone when he stops and calms himself down "You yourself surely can;t justify that, for are you not friends with Neko?"

"That was a different situation, I had given you my alligence long before I met any of the demons" he gets slightly annoyed "You know I don't get you vampires and the lycans, you have this huge war for so long then out of no where you become friends with two of the elders, and yet you still have deathdealers out hunting lycans" he looks at Rikku with a bit of a smile behind his scarf "But are you not the leader of the deathdealers?"

"Oh riiiiight, of course, that's your excuse" he jumps off the dumpster "Yet you haven't made a move against them, I mean you surely would of had plenty of opportunities" he walks closer to her "I have been hearing that lately you vampires have become soft, this has been said from vampires themselves, the ones that our out hunting lycans, while you socialise with them" he stands next to her facing the opposite way to her "Even when you were not with the leader, he and his family do not leave their home very often, you could still be out there hunting others"

"I never said I knew anything about leadership, but my question to you is, do you really think you can possibly stay alive with out friendship, because you seem to keep rejecting people who try to become friends with you, even vampires" he looks to her "Yes you are a leader, but you still need some friendship to over come some of your enemies" he looks down at the ground then to the sky "What you don't know is that I would've died to save you, hell I still would, just because I consider you a friend" he turns and slowly starts to walk out of the alleyway. Once he was near the end "Don't live a life by yourself Rikku, as I have done for many years before now, and that I now have to again for some of my former evil self is back, but remember this, to me your a friend" he closes his eyes and just stands there for a bit

"And that was what I thought myself when I had lost all that I cared for long ago" he looks over to her "Though I had it worse, I was completely alone, quite literally, all around me it was just black" in his hand a black staff appears "Until I found this staff" he completely turns around to Rikku and walks over to her "here have this, the source of most of my powers" he says as he holds out his staff to her "In forgiveness for any other demon that has hurt you, I give you my staff, with that, I shall be bound to protecting you, and I shall do what I can to stop you being hurt again in such a way that you have said of" he finishes off what he was saying, his head bowed down and his eyes blacked with shadows and hidden behind his glasses "I have nothing left to lose" he mutters quietly
