While he began slashing another dummy, the though occured to him that maby if he threw this knife, it would be really fast as well. He headed over to the ranged weapons pratice area, took aim, and threw. Of course he missed as he usually did, but he did notice the knife did go faster than an ordinary one. Why would throw this anyways?? I don't want to lose it. He then walked over to the wall and with a little difficulty, pulled it out, put it away in his pocket, and left the training room.

Keila sighed and took position, holding her bow by it's thread, a blue colored plastic bow strung. She apparently wasn't allowed to use her own arrows in the training range. Something about the arrowhead tip being so sharp and the wood snapping or something.. unbalanced weight? She couldn't remember.
Breathe.. focus.. annndd... Snapping her fingers back, Keila bit her tongue, eyes closed. Did I make it? she hadn't heard anything over her own heart beat. It has just been so long since she had picked up her bow. Opening an eye she finally crumpled onto her knees. She didn't suck, she wasn't the best either, but at least she had scored on the board.
There were four rings. From the outer, orange, yellow, green, and red. She had rougly hit the spot where the orange and yellow color stopped and smushed together. "Yay!" she said happily, standing back up and knocking another arrow. She aimed and fired again.. to see it hit the back wall clumsily. Keila sweatdropped nervously. "Aw well. Try again." she tried to coo herself into not getting all tensed up.

Dave walked into the training room feeling refreshed, but at the same time mentally beating himself up. Just last time he was here he had though: Why would throw this anyways?? I don't want to lose it.
Big mistake. He had used it already since then, and now he was positive he needed to practice it. He walked over to the ranged weapons training area and stood there for a moment. Then, he flipped out his knife, took aim, and tossed it.
Well, his knife having super speed was a curse and a blessing. He could only see a blue blurr in the air making it hard for him to judge what he did wrong, but at least thats what his opponant would see as well. After he perfected it, it would be nearly unstoppable. Finally, he looked at where the knife had hit. It had burried itself deep inside the outermost ring of the target. A near miss, but at least it end is pointing the right way.
He picked up some non-magical knives and threw them. He noticed a HUGE difference in speed, but, knives were knives. The first one he threw was way off. It didn't even hit the target. The second one hit near the center, but not quite. The final one he threw was somewhere in between the first two. Not bad I suppose, but I do wish I was better. At least I've got my trusty pistols.
He stood there for a moment, then finally walked towards the target to retrieve his knife.

Dave wrenched his knife out of the target. Then pulled out the other knives, which weren''t in so deep. He put the school''s knives away. Next, he opened his trenchcoat and pocketed his. He walked back across the room, and felt on of his guns lightly, debating weather or not he should practice with them or not.
He finally decided he wasn''t really in the mood for shooting, and walked towards the exit.

Rivin opened that door and led the way into the Training Hall. He looked around there didn't seem to be many people around, and the gapping hole from his fight with Azrael was still engulfed in rock and ruble. Rivin tried not to look over at it, theres was still a deep fear within him after the battle, a fear he though was never going to go away. He looked around to see that there was a couple free training battle areas. He turned to see Kayla, Rose and the new guy come in. He smiled.
"So should we pair off?" he said quickley and took the wand from his pocket and looked around.

Shien shrugged slightly, before loosening the strap that held his katana and pulling the sheath and blade free. He twirled it a bit, then said "Doesn't really matter to me..You guys can pick." he chuckled.
He sighed, and pulled a cigarette from his coat to replace the one he had smashed out. He didn't light it yet, but had the lighter out anyway. He began to twirl the lighter inbetween his fingers slightly.

She grinned, following Rivin and shrugged at his question, inquisitive eyes taking in her surroundings. "Cool..." she breathed softly, as her eyes turned from one direction to another in a childish manner of delight. This was going to be fun alright! "The pairings don't really matter to me," she added with a smile, prefering it if the others chose who they wanted to be paired against. She didn't want to be intrusive by making a choice.

Rivin looked over and nodded at the twos wishes, he didn't really care either. But, then again he should probley check out Kayal's powers before the tournament, and this seemed the perfect time.
"Well since you two don't care why not you two go, I wouldn't mind going with Kayal, if thats alright?" he said smiling and looked around to the hall once more.

Shien nodded slightly, before turning his gaze to his partner. He smirked, and lifted the lighter to the cigarette. He lit it, then tossed the lighter into the air and let the newly formed smoke catch it and place it back into his pocket. He grinned, and took a light puff before saying "That alright with you?"
His silver eyes seemed gray behind the mask of smoke now rising, and his dark brown hair for once seemed actually brown, instead of black.

Rivin looked and nodded and pointed towards the room near them labeled, The Room of The Medow. It seems each one of these rooms had a set area. Rivin slowly walked over to the sheet, he put his signature on two rooms then looked over and waited fro Kayla. He put a smile across his face, his mind wandered apon the new guy, he seemed to have the ablitly to control smoke, but what purpose would that do, He thought slowly.

She nodded with a brilliant smile. "Good luck out there!" she chirped cheerfully, eyes alight with excitement. Her fingers itched to use her bo staff, but she knew she had to practice with her actual powers, not just with her weapon of choice. The smoke bothered her nose a bit, but she could push it away and looked her new partner over, wondering exactly what he had up his sleeve.

((SORRY!!! I'M HERE!!))
Kayla put her book down and re-did her pony tail so it was high on her head. Had to make sure her hair wouldn't get into her face; not that the pony tail was much help, seeing as she had long bangs. She walked over to Rivin and smiled.
"I may not be that much help... I haven't used my magic in a while," she said truthfully. She then looked at the other two. "What's that guy's name?"

Shien smirked slightly, staring at his partner. He shrugged slightly, as the smoke seemed the cloud over him, covering his form slightly. "You want to train in here, or find a room?" he asked, as he reached into his pocket and withdrew another cigarette. He lit it, took a few puffs, then twirled the lighter again.
The smoke densed slightly, covering Shien's form completely except for the peek of the lit ends of the cigarettes, or his strangly shimmering eyes.

She looked comically serious for a moment before shrugging. "I guess we should probably get a room. If it's not that much trouble!" she added hastily, not wanting to be rude. Following Kayla's example, she pulled her long bluish-black hair back into a ponytail, smiling still as if she was never sad. Her eyes flashed oddly for a moment in thought, turning into a dull silver before appearing happily green again, waiting for his response as she began a few stretches. She almost found it funny that they both were wearing trenchcoats.

Rivin looked over and smiled at Roses comment then looked back at Kayal.
"His names....Shien...I guess you and I are partners eh?" he said quickley and looked over to the other room larbed The Room of the Volcaneo....Rivin looked at it and gave a shiver it was going to get hot in there. He quickley looked back at Rose and Kayla.
"Good Luck to you too!" he smiled and went over back to the sheet and signed it under the other room. Then smiled again.
