With a bit of a giggle, she bobbed her head. "In part, I can understand however when you meet Yawgmoth, you will most likely wish you had not." she said with a giggle, tilting her head. "May I ask why you have such an interest?"

He nodded

"You may, if in return I get to ask a question. I'm so interested mostly because creatures of all kinds have always interested me. I've heard myths...peices of one at least, of binders who became so powerful they no longer needed circles, and freely took different beings in, to the point where they practically could change shapes. I hope that one day, maybe through study, I could do that."

He watched her a moment, then smirked.

"As for my question...who were those people in the tavern this morning? They caused quite a ruckus and I snuck out."

She went just a little pale, which would be much easier to see now that her skin had returned to her more usual hue. Lowering her head slightly, she was considering his words, feeling a little awkward knowing that most everything she could do with magic was without the need of words or use of a wand, which was not common among many. Still, she smiled and bobbed her head appreciating his passion.

"Though I do not know the reason why .. Miss Angel, the leader here of the Syndicate, seems to be very upset with the stranger she returned .. though she did not explain who they were or why she was upset. Miss Alanna was to the side and Carus was standing beside Ali, whom you already know." she said cheerfully, bobbing her head.

He nodded solumnly, then smirked a bit.

"Say, you seem a bit flustered. Why don't we go for a walk and you can show me some of the sights around here?

"Oh, I am just fine, thank you. I would not wish to take you from your studies." she said with a cheerful smile, giggling a bit again. "Though, if you do wish for a walk, I would be pleased to walk with you." she softly, smiling at him.

He nodded at this and stood, stretching a bit before looking around a moment.

"Too much of this can get to you. Some fresh air would be good I think. I should look into a place to read where it's outside and open rather than cramped up in here."

He grinned at that, watching her then offered her a hand, seeming ready to go.

She smiled and bobbed her head a bit, agreeing to walk with him. Tilting her head, she considered his hand for a moment before taking it and politely shaking. "An odd time to shake hands .. or this is to show agreement to walking perhaps?" she asked with a cheerful giggle. Shifting her feet, she was ready to wander out the same way she had wandered in.

He smirks, taking it.

"I might just let you debate that a while."

Continuing to hold her hand, he then started on the way out of the library.

"Once we get outside, I'll let you lead.

She blushed, realizing he wished to continue holding her hand, and held his in return as they exited the library outside.

He took a breath of fresh air as they stepped outside then turned to her smiling.

"So where do you want to go m'lady?"

More angry then frightened, Alanna apeared from the darkened night halls of the library. She had run away, like a child from a parents raised hand. Afraid to be hit for something that they could not control or even was responsible for. Softly, she stepped down the entrance steps and into the main room, her shoes creating a soft clicking sounds against the marble floors. It was silent. She found her way through the mazes of shelves of books, that just were waiting to be opened and read. Though, none of the books she passed where what she searched for. Finally, she spotted it. At the end of the book case, an old, sort of torn up book hung out of place. Shegrabbed it, careful to hold back the other books from falling out, as she tugged it from its snug place. Once in her hands she looked at the blank cover and sat down in the empty hallway, placing the book on her knee. "I haven't seen this book in ages.", she said to herself, her voice the only one to carry on. She sat the book on its spine with both hands, and opened it to the first, then skipped to the 34th page. There was text written on every page, but the page she stopped on had a picture, of the wonderous place that was described within the book. Suddenly the photo started to move, and it played out the life that existed inside of this book. Rather strange for a book to do, but she knew why it did so. She had mastered the dead art of Script Writing. This book was just one of the many worlds that she had created through her page writings.

After admiring the book, for which seemed like an endless moment, she closed it and held it close to her chest. These books, these worlds that she had created, was were she used to escape from everything and anyone. Once entered inside one of these worlds, another book would lie on the other side, allowing for them to return back here, but thats if someone could find the other book. To protect these worlds, some were paradise prisons she made to fool those foolish enough to steal one or even try to steal the riches from the book its self.

A small clacking of nails echoed in the library, announcing the arrival of another guest. A rather small dragon, orange with a fuzzy mane clacked his way about the room, sniffing out someone. Alanna perked her head up, clasping the book a little tighter. She remained silent watching a shadow start to grow from the light that poured in from the windows. It was a long snake-like shadow, followed by a broader extension. Soon enough, a head popped into view and the big orange orbs of eyes blinked, shocked. The small dragon squeeled and bounded towards Alanna. She merely smiled, opening her arms for him to jump in. "Knol.. I missed you!", she said in a hushed tone. The dragon nuzzled up to her, pulling back to speak in his usual uppity tone. "What do you think your doing? Playing with these books... you know your father is about..". She turned her head away at his statment, casting a rather angry gaze at the floor near her. She dragon snorted at her defiant response. "Stop acting foolish. You are not a child. You need a course of action!"

Alanna whipped her head back at him, her eyes shaking with different emotions, that she was unable to express individual. They all just whelled up inside of her. "Don't you think I know that?! But.. he's my father.. it shouldn't be like this.". She shook her head, unable to fathom why it had to come to this. Everything was just seeming to become so ridiculous lately. Knol sat in her lap, putting a clawed foot on her hand that rested on her thigh. "This happens..", he began to say before she cut him off in a bewildered tone, "Happens?! When does this sort of stuff just happen!? That a parent would go off on a tangent to kill his only child to prevent himself from having to face a fate that he can't accept?! Last time I checked it was the other way around!"

Passionate for reading Seisuke entered the library. Last time he read almost every single tome that was in here out of frustation, thought he did get somethings, he decided to read once more. To remember all that he didnt when he read the first time around. He started with science and the study of biometrics, Then to some lore of dragons and their species, Then to an odd book of Magic which he devoured like a bookworm, in fact he was told he was one back in the day

Heeding to inminent danger, seisuke went and rushed to help his companion. Once he assured that he brought her here were he placed various Onmyouji to protect and contain anything dangerous coming in. Placing her on a chair he tried to soothe her so she can regain composure after the event*

Speaking softly in the ancient language, she was chattering about a number of things, mostly centering around things that were not happy and the need of being alone. When he finally finished and gave her space, he would be able to see she was trembling slightly, though she had been since the moment he came to her. ".. do not .. share .."
