Nienna Ellensar Willow looked around a bit then finally decided to start up a conversation. The silence was a little awkward to her. After clearing her throat, she spoke to him, "Uh.. what was with the growth spurt..?" Realizing she sounded a little rude, she stammered, "I-I mean.." T'ver just blushed a little more at first and his voice started off quiet but grew in strength. "U-um... I guess I just grew, I don't know how else to explain it..." he had been thinking of replying in a laughing tone something like I must have been eating my veggies. but that didn't come out.

Willow gave a slight smile as she nodded her head in understanding. "I see.." Thinking he might want a little comfort, she added, "Everyone has to go through that at least once.. right?" Her tail flicked curiously as she thought about when she grew. It was random like T'ver's, but always seemed to happen when she asleep. Choosing not to reveal this, she just stood there awkwardly.

T'ver looked up and grinned at this last comment. "I suppose we all do. Even the most confident of us must have started out as little balls of fluff." He looked at her awkward stance and tried to make his smile encouraging.

Willow gave a full smile this time. "That's true. The ruler of all Fluffy cats, if there is such a creature, must have been a ball of fluff one time or another." This last statement created multiple pictures in her head. She didn't know of any rulers, again, it there were any, but nonetheless she made some up. Seeing his smile, she relaxed herself and even sat down comfortably on the ground.

T'ver relaxed as her manner did. He sat down crosslegged in front of her in the middle of the cross section of the paths. He smiled at this, "Hmm... I wonder if they were a cute little fluff ball or one of the ones who looks a little strange until they get their wings and teeth and claws?" he mused thoughtfully.

Willow shrugged her shoulders as her gaze drifte upward. She noticed the moon and few stars out. Funny.. with no lights, I'd figure there would be more stars.. She let that thought slide from her mind. Surely lights weren't the only reason for the absence of stars. Yet she wasn't sure. Taking her attention from her thoughts, she looked at T'ver. He was the only Fluffy to talk to her besides Luthien. Maybe he could be her second friend as well..

T'ver followed her gaze to the heavens. He too noticed few stars but a large, bright moon. "Beautiful night isn't it," he said almost thoughtfully. "A pity there aren't more stars to twinkle in the blue-blackness of the sky." He sighed softly and looked back over at Willow. Maybe she could be his first friend outside his family...

Willow's ears twitched as she noticed him looking at her. She smiled then looked back up at the sky. "I love the night.. it's the time to pull pranks on unsuspecting Fluffies." Her smile turned into an evil grin, but eventually faded back into an innocent smile.

T'ver grinned back almost as evily. "Indeed. But it is also a time to enjoy the senses other than sight, especially hearing." His ears twitched to pick up the sounds of the forest, the leaves rustling in the slight breeze, the chitter of a mother squirrel and other such noises.

The tips of Willow's mouth showed a sign of her evil grin coming back. But it sooned vanished as it had appeared. "Certainly. The sounds of the night are always interesting to listen to. There are plenty of night-creatures that lurk about."

"Indeed." he replied with a hint of evilness. He, being black, melted back into the shadows of the trees then reappeared right behind her, tapping her shoulder lightly. "The dark is most definately a tool for secrecy."

Willow fell over as he appeared behind her and tapped her on the shoulder. That one unexpected move caused her to lose her balance. She glared at him with evil eyes. Then, trying to be as sneaky as he had been, she wrapped her tail around one of his ankles and pulled. This was her attempt to unbalance him as he had her.

T'ver saw the glare and was about to apologize when his ankle and foot came right out from under him. He hadn't been expeting that at all and fell smartly on his bottom but just laughed it off and looked over at Willow, his smile only a tad bit evil.

Willow smiled and silently praised herself for her evil deed. She hadn't expected that to work out as well as it did. "Indeed it is." She grinned at him, revealing her sparkling white fangs. Yet it wasn't a threatening gesture.. but more of a friendly one.

T'ver's grin was a little wry but it was also friendly. He sighed softly, hearing himself echoed in her words. "Well I see we are both comfortable enough so as to trip each other." this time is smile turned even more wry.
