She searched his eyes as though it wasn't a true confession. She must have found he was telling the truth since she relaxed and curled up in his lap.

A few days later, Andras could be found lying outside and enjoying the warmth of the sun on his scales. Whilst he was warm blooded, certain reptilian trades remained and one of them was the pure enjoyment of warming up in the sun.
Lazily, he turned over onto his back, moving his hands behind his head to end up in a more comfortable position, his eyes closed.
Joe stood inside, looking out of the window in the living room, down to where the sleeping dragon lay.
He had returned to the house with the intention of talking to Arioch, as he had before he had been distracted by Raven, so today, he tried again, this time, being distracted by his daughter's servant.
He lost himself in admiring the body. So beatiful, neither overly feminine nor overly masculine, what lay outside was what fantasies were made out of and Joe's desire to be with the man would be clear as day to anyone who saw him. It was a problem, and he knew it was a problem.

Arioch came downstairs, intending for something. Of course by the time his foot hit the last step, he had forgotten what it was he wanted from the first floor. Yet the feeling he was needing something didn't shake.
He looked around the room, trying to figure out what it was though seeing Joe there, he completely forgot it and went to look out the window with him. "Nice day isn't it?"

Arioch's voice entered his fantatsies and added to the current smile on his face.
"Yes it is"
He agreed with the voice before realising that not only Arioch's voice, but Arioch himself was present and that whilst the fantasy was playing out outside, he, and Arioch, were standing inside.
The look on his face as he turned to greet Arioch was that of a child being caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
"How are you going, and how is Song these days?"

Arioch chuckled.
"She's been doing well. She has wonderful legs.."
He grinned thinking of those legs and everything about her before he snapped out of his own dream world.
"You're thinking of him aren't you?"
Arioch didn't wear his typical armory clothing today. Today he sported a pair of jeans with a hole in one knee, and a greyish shirt. He never cared too much for his appearance and it was casual and comfortable.

Joe nodded, obviously not quite in reality given that he didn't suddenly start drooling over Song's legs at the mention of them.
"He's Alexis' "
He pointed out, frustration showing through.

Arioch just chuckled.
"That he is... And yet you're frustrated... Why?"

"Just.. look at him.. "
His voice turned dreamy as he spoke, the frustration seeping away.
"He is... "
He sighed.
".. not mine to play with"
No matter how he turned the situation, it always worked out with the same result. There in the garden, unaware that he was being discussed, was one of the two people Joe'd never have. And this one, on principals, or maybe on some moral grounds, he wasn't sure.
"How do you deal with morals?"
He asked suddenly, looking at Arioch, fearing that maybe morals snuck up on him (Joe) without him realising.

Arioch grinned.
"He's dreamy and everyone's fantasy brought to life. He's untouchable which enhances the desire for him."
He looked to his friend, shifting the gaze from the window and the object of their conversation.
"I deal with it because I get a lovely muse to occupy my time with. I wish to make her happy. Granted I probably don't deserve her for all the wrongdoing I have done in all my life..."
It was a brief thought, one that Arioch didn't dwell on. It just wasn't worth it.
"Perhaps you need your own feeder...One that rivals his beauty."

"You're a demon, she understands that"
He pointed out, believing that it was perfectly normal for a demon to do much wrong and little right.
What Arioch brought up was a good point and reminded him of his time with Raven. He too, had tried his best to please her, though it had ended up in a disaster and had assured that he'd never put anyone in a place like he had her.
"A distraction?"
He asked, sounding interested in the idea.
"No, I'm no longer a child and know where and how to find plenty of distractions. This one.." He pointed out of the window at Andras. "just needs to stay clear of me"

"So are you..."
He pointed out softly. Wether he denies it or not, Joe in this world was a demon.
"Who said anything of a distraction? She would simply be loyal to you as Andras is loyal to Alexis."

He nodded. It was being a demon that was the problem. If he wasn't Incubus, he'd have some morals, or at least, he assumed that he'd have a greater understanding of how these 'morals' worked.
"She?"
He asked, looking away from Andras and back at Arioch, now interested as to what was going through the demons mind.
"And what if 'she' were to become a mother? What if what happened with Alexis' mother should happen to 'her'?"
After Alexis, he had taken extra precausion around women, making sure not to get any other pregnant. The last thing he needed was more children, or attachments. One attachment was enough, and that attachment was to his daughter, some form of primevil instinct that bound his loyalty to his daugher.

Arioch shrugged.
"We didn't know Raven would become pregnant so quickly now did we?"
He pointed that out, since she had been a few months along already with Alexis.
"If this female should arise, you know how to protect yourself from producing more. Who knows? Maybe you'll get lucky and she'll be baren."

"No, we didn't"
He agreed, unable to keep feelings of sadness of his face. If there was any way he could truly love anyone, it would have been her.
"I'm doing a miserable job looking after my own daughter, just look at how much I lust after her feeder.. you don't honestly think I could look after someone else, do you?"
He asked, the truth starting to come out. He didn't trust himself around her feeder and knew the only way to make sure he didn't go near the guy was to keep the feeder as far away from him as possible.

"Would you rather force yourself on him?"
He asked, raising a brow for a moment.
"You could have Raven look after the person for you and just call upon the person when you need too... And just having him stay away isn't going to help for very long."
