In Australia there are certain limits as to how much older or younger your partner can be. For instance you are legally allowed to have sex when you're about 15 or 16 but the person can not be more than 2 or 3 (can't remember) years older than you and can not be a guardian or a teacher.
Is it different in other countries?

Actually, in the US, doesn't it depend what state you live in too?
Once you turn 18, you're considered an adult. So, if you do the deed with someone younger than 18, it's consider illegal. Right?

I wouldn't say anybody. If you date someone WAYYY younger than you it's a bit weird...and illegal.
But i reckon a 16 year old can go out with an 18 year old. But nothing younger than 16.

Well I think in the US you can date someone if you're 18 and they're not, but then you can't have sex do anything with them.
