Sage: Alright, let me lay it down a way I'm comfortable to explain it in.
1) Your opponent uses a fire technique with a set amount of chakra. 2) You use a Water Jutsu with a set amount of chakra. 3) The either jutsu will either be overpowered depending on how much chakra was put in. 4) This process can be used with any combination of jutsu's. Just determines on how you portray them.
Basically, the harder to push, the more likely you will prevail. But if you do not push enough chakra to defeat the opponent's technique, yours will be overpowered but the other technique will be weakened unless given more chakra.. Just be warned that when you add more chakra into a technique to make it more powerful or have a longer, extended use you will get tired much, much quicker. mrgreen PM me. I'll explain things in much more detail that can make a lot of sense.

Sage-Hyuuga about what the DR said in the handbook about the elaments say some uses a fire base jutsu and i use a water base jutsu and his fire is strounger then my water but does the water jutsu weakin the fire jutsu? If Bone's response made no sense to you, yes it would weaken the fire jutsu but wouldn't completely stop it.

Sage-Hyuuga do we have to wait for the ok with our profile in "twice in a life time"? You don't need an Ok to get into the tournament, you just need to register on time.

Sage-Hyuuga do we have to wait for the ok with our profile in "twice in a life time"? Make sure that you Make-up techniques have been PMed to Komen so they can be placed in the thread to make it easier on everyone.

It takes 3k CP to fully tame an ADV summon yes? When that happens does that chakra that you just gained is used purely for mastering/taming the summon, or can you also use it for techniques?
