Setsuko tapped her cheek lightly as she listened to him, "Ohh is that so? Well that outfit looks nicely taken care of, I would've never known it was old. Ah the pains of growing out of clothes, honestly I took up sewing a bit more seriously as a teenager, partly just so I could potentially alter some of my clothes when I grew out of them." she said with a chuckle. Her eyes lit up a bit when he mentioned going clothes shopping. She stepped forward and grabbed his hands. "Well you don't have to go alone, if you wanted I could come with you. I have a bit of an eye for fashion and I'd be happy to help you pick out some new outfits. Friends help out friends after all and we could make a fun day out of it." she said with an excited smile. Having a hobby in sewing and knitting had allowed her to become acquainted with many different types of styles so it was rather easy for her to help out others with finding clothes that fit them. Plus she'd take any excuse to spend more time with Tsuki, but she'd keep that fact to herself as it might sound embarrassing out loud.

Dyl had spent most of the day at the beach today and when he was refreshed and finished with his swim, he had dried off enough, he had gotten dressed and simply went on a walk. His mind was really reeling today and he wasn't entirely sure why, but he had an idea. Meeting Lola yesterday had really opened up Dyl's mind to this concept of friendship. Over the years, he's made many "friends"... or what he'd thought to believe what a friend was. Of course his first was Brenden but that was nearly 200 years ago. There have been other people he's spoken with and waved to, learned their names, and even spend time and effort on their families... but none of those humans actually knew what he really was, nor did he get close enough to learn more about them.

Here in Soliel, Robin was his first friend and then there were others and none were human... well... at least he has yet to befriend any humans here yet, but secrets were mostly out in the open and people hardly did anything to conceal themselves from the regular civilians. So far, Dyl was making friends here and Dyl wasn't worried about repercussions of them finding out he lived in the sea or that he was truly male or he was actually...pink.

And then there's Peers. The culprit that had been plaguing his mind today. Peers didn't feel like a friend. Friends like Ryan or Robin were like watching flowers bloom, just being near them was relaxing and seeing just how they'd grow and learn was fun to watch... Peers was different. Dyl found that he didn't really want to just watch Peers, but to be around him and do things together. To explore and learn things together. (Not that he didn't want to look at Peers, he quite fancied all of his beautiful features)
He had a way about him that made Dyl laugh and smile. His honesty was always in his face, and only partially in his words, making Dyl always wanting to stare at him and guess what he's thinking. Though his attitude was fiery and brash at times, being around him was like an icy breath of fresh air. He was so different than anyone the merman had ever met before and it was now when Dyl understood.

He wanted to be more than friends with Peers.

All of these random encounters must be for something. For heaven sake, they've seen each other practically every day this week... But yesterday.
An ache twisted and pulled at his chest as he remembered just how calm and relaxed Peers was around Lola. How affectionate she was towards him and how she already knew so much. Dyl would be lying if he said he wasn't envious.

Walking along the stone pathway and passing a few statues, he looked up through the trees and sighed at the little gaps of fading sunlight and then looked to his left to see an empty play ground structure. It was getting to be towards the evening already so the kids probably all had to go home for dinner ... or ..whatever kids do with their families on a Sunday evening. The sun was going to set soon.. it was then he realized how far he walked and how late it was.

With no kids around, Dyl found it absolutely appropriate to climb on some the park structures... only to be sorely disappointed when most of them were shorter then him. There were some structures that were taller than him and a swing set. He decided to walk over to the adult length monkey bars and made an attempt to swing across them... but found that his legs still touched the ground. So instead, he used his upper body strength to pull himself up to sit on top of the monkey bars. The clouds in the sky were feathery and long transparent wisps, usually the kind before an oncoming storm. He enjoyed the cool, brisk air of evening, but as he sat there, he happened to notice some of his hair was still a little damp with salt water, so some ends of his hair were still pink. And then his mind started to wander, wondering if he would see the huldrakal today.

The entire day Peers was honestly just confused and frustrated. After the debacle at the flower shop he and Lola got into a bit of a fight in the car. He regretted it immediately. He never wanted to take out his anger on her, it wasn’t her fault. He attempted to apologize but apparently it was too s**t for her and she still refused to talk to him. He didn’t know what to do so here he was moping at the park. He tried whittling to take his mind off things but that didn’t work. The knife and block of wood stayed idle in each hand while his thoughts circled like vultures. He wanted to text or call Lola again but now he was feeling like he screwed up big time… but why should he be at fault? Why was she pushing so hard for this? He didn’t need new friends, damn it! Yeah, okay, maybe he didn’t hate Dyl, but was befriending him so important? Although if he were to be honest the whole thing at the restaurant really changed his outlook of him. He could hardly look at the merman without feeling some kind of frustration but for some reason that deep-seated anger he was always hiding behind was hard to pull up when he was around.

Whatever, who cared? It didn’t mean anything. There was no point complicating his already muddled thoughts. With a sigh, Peers gently began wrapping up his knife. He knew he couldn’t concentrate at a time like this. For now whittling was off the table. Once the blade was safely covered he quickly pocketed it and stood up. Better he did something even if it was just mindlessly walking around. He headed off in a random direction, not caring in the least where he’d wind up. He’d occasionally kick at a rock, or even toss up the block of wood and catch it. Just anything to keep him from his own s**t hole of a mind. It wasn’t really working all too well. He turned his head to the sky then, taking in the rolling clouds as they partially hid the usual vast blue from sight. He guessed it was probably cold out, wasn’t it? Like he would know. Another sigh escaped his lips as he lowered his gaze back to the park.

Only then did he catch a glimpse of long, blond hair shining in the distance. His heart seemed to skip a beat before he could really think about it. Nah, it couldn’t be him... right? His steps were slow but deliberate as he started walking towards the figure. It probably wasn’t him. Seeing him at stores and in restaurants was one thing, but bumping into him at such a time in the park seemed unreasonable. And weird. Yet the closer he got the more it seemed likely that it was in fact Dyl. “Well, s**t,” he mumbled. That was just his luck to run into someone he didn’t want to. Looking at him now only made him feel more guilty about fighting with Lola. Still, he wasn’t all that upset, he felt almost... relieved. Stopping abruptly, he called out, “What, are you stalking me now?” There was a hint of amusement in his words, but his expression remained indifferent. “Never thought of you as someone to play on a kids playground, Dyl.

Hisako let out a soft content sigh as she walked into the park. For once her fox companion hadn't come along with her, opting to just laze around the house. She was quite content to leave Ren to rest, taking the time to enjoy the cool peaceful day. Having grown up in a mountain village, she was used to colder weather so it was rather nostalgic. Though she wouldn't regret the choice to come to this sunny beach town. She smiled as she strolled along a path with a skip in her step, happily humming a song that had gotten stuck in her head the other day. Seeing people out and about was nice for the sociable and excitable oni. She was stopped mid step as a ball flew at her. Moving quick she jumped up and grabbed it, much to the delight of the children who were playing nearby. She laughed softly and tossed it back before giving a wave and wink and continuing her walk. It didn't take long for her to reach the fountain in the middle of the park that was surrounded by benches. She took a seat on the edge of the fountain, reaching a hand down to dip her fingertips into the water for a few seconds. She watched the various people gathered around on the benches, feeling truly at peace.

A slight yawn reminded the feline he wasn't awake for very long yet as he strolled along one of the paths among the cherry blossoms in the park. That said, Robin often felt lethargic when it came to warm days, if only warm in the sun. There was quite some shade in the park due to the trees, but enough sunlight poured through. It was quite quiet in the park too. At least if you didn't count children screaming in the distance. Not that Robin minded much, he did like children to some extend. As long as they didn't try to pull his tail and ears. This was his first visit to the park and though he didn't have a specific reason to go here, he had felt curious as to what would stand out in the park. The nekojin stopped for a moment and closed his eyes, perking and twitching his ears as he listened to more sounds around him, his tail lazily swishing.

He could hear the children more than ever, so perhaps he was coming near a playground of sorts. But he also heard birds singing and the gentle sound of rushing water which could be a stream with a small waterfall, or a fountain. When he opened his eyes a small smile formed on his features and he continued his walk through the park. It didn't take him long to discover the source of the children sounds he heard. Following random winding paths he had ended up on a playground it seemed. The feline tilted his head a bit as he watched the kids go about their fun before he walked to one of the unoccupied swings and sat down, his arms around the chains and hands in his pockets. A gentle kick of his left foot sent the swing into motion before Robin just relaxed on the swing for a while.

His gaze was mostly on the children before him which kind of reminded him of his home in the forest where he first grew up. It hadn't bothered him for many years but he still couldn't shake the feeling of miss to the giant trees that were ages old and formed the dense forest. The lakes where he used to swim with some other kittens and some elven children. Though he definitely didn't have a bad life now, especially with his father being so rich, it still felt like he was missing out at times. He missed the forest birds and other sounds he had gotten so used to which he hadn't heard or seen since he was taken away from their tribe by his father. He also missed his archery classes he had been getting and the hunts with his tribe members which he had already been taking part in once before he moved to the city.

It had been passing odd for the hunter raised child to see packed meat skinned and ready lined up in some of the shops they had passed. But in time he got used to that too. A soft sigh escaped Robin as he got off the swing and continued his walk, away from the playing children. He'd rather not get stuck in memories. Perhaps the sea would end up helping him out and once he was done in the park he might go there next. He followed more paths, distracted a bit as he was lost in thought until he heard the sound of rushing water much closer and looked up to see that he had indeed been hearing a fountain.

His gaze went around the plaza and the people gathered there before his eyes rested on a girl with horns. Robin wasn't usually one for instigating socializing, but he knew that this time, he wouldn't move as he always had because of his father's job. It had gone well with the few others he had met so far. The feline walked to where the girl sat on the bench, his ears and tail in a relaxed position. "Hello, I just noticed you are looking around, what are you doing?" he asked calmly with genuine interest and curiosity. Robin was curious as to why she was staring at all the people.

The breeze moved his hair and it was peaceful for a minute. At first, Dyl thought he heard someone walking by, but thought nothing of it. And then that familiar voice that he had been hearing all too often caused him to gasp and whip his head around. And there he was, appearing just at the moment Dyl was thinking about him. Dyl found himself being unable to control the lifting feeling he felt in his chest and his smile that spread happily across his lips. This all did seem too coincidental.

"You, apparently, aren't hard to find" he replied, playing off of the joke he made, looking down at the red head. The sun hadn't started setting yet, but the light in Peer's face showed all his features and extenuated some. Dyl carefully turned around to face Peers, dangling his legs over the railing. "I've never played on structures like these. Are only children allowed on them?" he asked curiously, unabashed that he was enjoying his time on the monkey bars. "There are no children here now.." he glanced around, now a little concerned that he possibly wasn't allowed on the structure. "Care to join me?" he patted a top the monkey bars next to him, crossing his feet over one another.

Blonde hair slid over his shoulder and he couldn't help but pull it up and out of his face. Putting his hair up made it easier to see Peers but he found that he couldn't entirely bring himself to admire and swoon for the man's features while knowing he was spoken for. His friendly grin wouldn't leave just yet though.

"What are you doing here?" he asked inquisitively, his head tilting a bit like a puppy trying to listen. Whether Peers wanted to sit up there or not, Dyl didn't mind coming down if the two wanted to talk on the ground. Of course the man was allowed to walk where he wanted to, but maybe this meeting wasn't simply another coincidence... or maybe it was..? Of course, Peers didn't seem like the type to seek out individuals. "I'm sorry about yesterday~.." he happened to mention. Of course, he wasn't aware of anything that happened after the flower shop, but Peers did seem a little embarrassed around his girlfriend in front of Dyl. If he knew Peers was waiting, he probably wouldn't have taken up so much of Lola's time. . . . but gosh 'Mogi' was a cute name.

The light breeze wafted through Hanako's spiritual frame as she dove into the soccer ball, giving more velocity onto it than the force that was given by the ring leader. Putting a halt to it before it reached hits the face of their target, she changed its course, propelling back straight towards the stomach of the perpetrator. The kid winced in pain which signaled Hanako to leave the ball, floating back into mid-air. 'That should teach you a lesson. You big bully.' She stuck out her tongue before leaving the area to explore some more.

Hanako's flight came to halt upon arriving at the fountain. There were but two creatures that captured her interest. One was a female with silver locks that stops right above her shoulders. She resembled a blissful kid enjoying her stroll at the park and chose to nestle along the edges of the fountain. The second was of the opposite sex with furry ears. Her head tilted slightly as to why these creatures didn't bother to hide their prominent supernatural features. Was it to show off? Or they simply do not care how others may perceive them? Nevertheless, it appears that the young man took an interest in the young maiden.

'This should be interesting,' she thought to herself as she flew closer to the soon-to-be-lovebirds. Maybe they could help ease out her growing boredom. As she was about to descend along the edge of the fountain a small Willow decided to block her landing spot."Stupid bird! Get out of the way!" If her foot was to so much as to touch it, there's the possibility of her possessing the creature. With haste, she took a slight turn causing her to land into the water. If she was in her body then it would make a huge splash but since she was a spirit the water just passed through. The bird, on the other hand, flew away as soon as she got near it. "So even birds can sense me... Bumber..." Thankfully, human beings are incapable of seeing nor hearing her. But these two are not normal humans. Oh well, she'll just worry about it when the problem arises.

Hanako blew her golden bangs away from her eyes and crawled over near the two. Her lower extremities remained submerged in the water while she rested her elbows on the edge of the fountain with her cheeks on her palms. "So what now lover boy?"

ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬ It had been a few days since Arabelle had been out of her home, but she guessed it was best for her to leave and be able to explore the beach city she now called home. Once she had gotten dressed, the long black-haired, French beauty decided that maybe today would be a good chance to explore the park. It had been a long time since Ari had explored a park so this should be more than a fun opportunity for her to at least take in the sights and smells.

While walking into the park, the young animal shifter, couldn't help hum softly to herself as she walked around. Though it seemed to her as though that today wasn't a lot of people meandering around. After walking around the park for at least twenty or so minutes, the young woman decided it would be best for her to sit on a bench. As soon as she sat down then did she notice that her heels were starting to cause her pain. Quickly taking off one of her shoes, Arabelle looked at her right heel and saw that a blister was beginning to form. "Oh I knew I shouldn't have had worn these brand new shoes." She stated to herself. There was nothing she could do now due to the fact she didn't bring any bandages to put against her heel, which could be quiet troublesome. With a soft sigh, all Arabelle could do was just people watch from the bench at the moment. It wasn't long into her people-watching, that the woman noticed a man walking a few dogs, more like being pulled by the dogs, towards herself. It looked as though the dogs wanted some sort of attention from her.

Once they had reached her, Arabelle let her right hand drift out in order for the dogs to sniff her hand. She then glanced at the man and blushed a bit before opening her mouth to speak once more. "Are you alright?" She asked in a voice barely above a whisper to make sure he hadn't injured himself when falling on the ground.

Hisako lightly kicked her feet as she continued her people watching, only to be broken out of her peaceful reverie by a male voice. Turning her head she looked upon the boy, taking his face in first before her eyes quickly caught sight of the cat ears that sat upon his head. Her eyes widened in surprise and she could feel her fingers twitch at the thought of touching them. "あ、すごいかわいい猫の耳があります。"* Were the first words to escape her lips, though her brain barely registered that she had slipped back in Japanese since it was her native tongue. Part of her really hoped that the boy didn't speak the language since that would've been very embarrassing. Luckily she was able to resist the urge to touch this strangers ears, which she was quite proud of, and cleared her throat quickly switching back to English. "Oh um sorry, hello there!" she squeaked out a greeting with lightly flushed cheeks and a fang bearing grin. "What am I doing? Well I'm just people watching. Sometimes I like to sit and just.. watch the people around me, though it's an odd pastime I suppose. Um what brought you out today?" she answered his question then shot back one of her own, rubbing the back of her head. She began rocking back and forth on the edge of the fountain barely avoiding falling in a few times. "Oh! My name is Hisako Aida, what's yours?" she introduced herself with a more subdued smile to the stranger. Hisako's ears picked up a voice coming from just behind them, though it was quiet. She turned to look and found no one.. at least until her eyes lowered and saw a transparent form of a girl sitting in the fountain watching the two of them. The oni's eyes widened as a shiver of fright ran up her spine as she was quite superstitious and so her thoughts immediately went to this being a ghost. This wouldn't be the first time she had a run in with one, her enhanced senses made her aware of things that normal people couldn't see, which aside from the risk of sensory overload also meant seeing spirits. Hisako moved to make it look as if she were just touching the water so as not to freak out her newfound companion, she instead reached out to try and touch the 'spirit', some small part of her mind trying to convince her that it was just a figment of her imagination but she knew that she had heard a girl's voice.

*Oh wow, you have such cute cat ears..

Robin blinked a bit, his ears twitching, when she spoke the first time before tilting his head in a curious manner. Though his kind seemed to hail from Japan, he had grown up in the tribe with their own language and then he was dragged all over the world. The only language he had successfully learned to grasp was English since that was spoken quite widely spread. Thankfully the other seemed to realize he didn't understand because after she spoke English and Robin answered her smile with one of his own. Though her rocking back and forth was worrying at times, she might fall in, the nekojin resisted the urge to jump to action to early. "Nice to meet you Miss Hisako, my name is Robin Averon." he replied, smiling gently as he introduced himself as well.

Of course he hadn't missed her explanation either. "That does sound interesting, especially when just sitting in the park with this nice weather." he replied and in the meanwhile he wandered his gaze over the people around them quickly before he turned his head a bit upwards and looking back down to look at Hisako again."I'm just exploring and looking around." he said and smiled. "I arrived fairly recently at Soleil and the first thing that drew me was the beach and the waves." he said and chuckled a bit.

Though he stopped rather abruptly when he heard the voice as well and looked around at first at the people around them. However they were all going about their way. When Hisako moved a bit though he looked back at her and followed his reach until his eyes fell upon the ghost in the fountain. Robin's ears perked immediately to alert as his tail swayed a bit hesitantly, but it would seem that they were at least friendly enough to not immediately attack. When he heard the voice again his ears moved forward more from curiosity. "Loverboy?" he wandered out loud as he watched how his new friend, could he call her that already? It was quite new to Robin due to his life, reached to get closer. Robin wasn't sure what caused the spirit to say that, but perhaps she thought the feline had alternative motives by approaching Hisako.

He had just been curious though. Still Robin didn't say much about it yet. Instead he walked closer to the fountain and Hisako, his gaze on the small girl. "What brings you to this park? Anything specific? Can't say I have seen many of your kind around since I left the tribe." he spoke softly so just Hisako and the ghostly girl heard him. Back when he still lived with the tribe he had visited ruins plenty and they all had their own spirits most of the time. Being a feline demon, Robin was quite quick at picking up otherworldly things and people. Due to his ruin visits, the feline was rather hard to scare by a ghost. Unless they came filled with wrath.
