Oh, so, yeah a champion still works. You can throw out random titles for that. Chosen of the Ice Crown. Defender of the Ebon Glade. Pimp Masta Slappin'. Arthas' Favorite Booty Call. Whatever you want really.
It's all really just... whatever. Not telling you what to do with you character but if you're having trouble with repetition in writing there are options. Synonyms are useful tools but you don't always have to reach for a hammer when there are more creative solutions. Not to mention if you variate too much then it seems forced, whereas with alternative titles they flow into writing more organically. You can have people from different regions refer to her differently without it just seeming like you stuffed it in there.
