Jenny :: Train -> Towards Tortuga]

"He's mad!" Jenny immediately muttered under her breath as she scrambled to her feet after being shaken by the the turbulence. She watched as Kyle took a leap out of the car, looking as if he was spitting out flashlights with each step. The mage managed to reach the doorway right as Joe took off after him. Jenny pulled at her hair as if with intention to rip the strands right out and spun in a circle feeling utterly and completely frustrated with everything.

~"What. an. idiot. He must be on a suicide mission," Siren chided in her head, trying to sound less than worried with the entire situation.

God. Don't say that Siren! Summoning her flute, Jenny quickly placed a haste spell around her and inadvertently, all of those who were in the Lounge Car at the time. The translucent clock face glowed beneath her feet, the hands moving abnormally fast and with that, Jenny chased after the other two, flute gripped tightly in her hand. I ought to-... Ugh! I think we all get rights to strapping Kyle to the top of the train and then maybe flying through a gathering of bugs at top speed... Though with the strength of the wind, she felt that maybe they'd all get bugs to the face.

{James : Train : Sleeping Car -> Towards Tortuga}

James smiled and nodded his head. He could tell that what little sleep she had gotten, had done some good. However, she was nowhere near as rested as she could be. He turned and headed out of the car, towards the Stable Car, the closest exit for the train.

"We'll see, I think there is some trouble brewing though..." He said, knowing that she would follow him.

He continued as fast as he could, into the stable car and down the ramp. Big mistake... he was forced to lock his knees into the ground and place his hand on his hat so it didn't get blown away. Definitely a disadvantage of being a light weight, the wind could literally blow you off your feet if it were strong enough, and this definitely was. He watched as Joe sped off into the distance apparently after Kyle.

"Dang it... I'm not even going to make it there unless I dash..." James said, his attention turning to Noelle. "Go meet up with the group, see you guys when you get there."

He then turned his attention back towards the valley, focusing energy into his legs and pushed off the ground. This was the first time Noelle would see his new Dash as he launched forward in a semi-blurred movement fifteen feet. He repeated the process, continuing on the way to Tortuga.

[Dawn : Port Royal : Stable Car]

Dawn watches as Kyle ran towards, something. Soon followed by Joe cursing. She couldn't help but feel a little worry come across her as he spoke to her as to what she should do.

"Wait! Don't be stupid and go on your own!" she shouted, but it was too late, Joe was already gone, "Be careful..." she said softly in the wind as she watched him leave.

For several moments she stood there, as if trying to debate what to do. Follow the instructions she was given, or be stupid and go on after Joe and Kyle. Her debate was soon ended as James came past her. A pout came across her face as he addressed Noelle, without even so much as a word to her, then he foolishly dashed off.

"HEY!" Dawn shouted off at James as she watched him leave, though it was very unlikely that he'd of heard her, "Don't just walk past me like that, and ignoring me. Gosh!"

Dawn couldn't help but roll her eyes as she turned towards, the short blond.

"Come on, lets go!" she said in a calmer voice, "I can shield us from the wind so we don't get blown away. As for the others," she paused a moment before she continued, "I am sure they already know of Kyle being the idiot he is, and chasing the ding dong down as we speak..."

[ Kyle : Isle of Tortuga : Port ]

Kyle heard the roar, immediately turning to face the being in front of him. It was as Kyle feared- this was not Chaos, but an Avatar, a host-body, much like himself, like Mateus. The man seemed about the same height as Kyle, possibly a bit bulkier.

The question is... is he an Earthling, too?

As Chaos charged him, the namesake's four blades following behind him, Kyle threw out two quickly-summoned Starlight spheres, one after the other. The first quickly exploded, but not violently; the bright Holy light had exploded into a large cloud of Cosmic Dust, blocking any view Chaos may have had of Kyle. The second, shortly after, exploded in a violent Solar Flare, sending explosive Holy energy into the Cosmic Dust cloud.

However, Kyle knew full well that wouldn't hold long, especially with the winds as fast as they were. Immediately, Kyle Vaulted into the air and over Chaos, hoping to get behind the Scion of the Sky. He was still glowing somewhat, his Temple of God enchantment keeping his strength up for the inevitable assault. Still, the healthier Kyle could stay, the better.

"Why seek revenge?! You're free now, aren't you?!" Kyle shouted as he leapt. "Or are you too blinded by Darkness to think for yourself?!"

[ Kuja ; Sora ; Zexion : Outside Train ]

"Hey- WHY DOES EVERYONE DO THAT?!" Sora shouted, still not immediately assuming there was any danger. It was just a windstorm, after all. Yet, they seemed to be so certain- he frowned. Was he that oblivious? What was going on?

Nodding to Louis and the others, he rushed out of the car, driven by Haste, and caught up to Jenny. Joe was just a bit ahead (having not been Hasted), and James was slowly catching up with his Dash ability (which Sora oddly remembered from his Wisdom Form).

Shortly behind them, Kuja was flying, his feet completely off the ground as he glided; six Holy spheres were blurring around him, also boost by the Haste spell. And there, catching up with annoying ease, was Zexion, holding a copy of Cory's rev-blade.

"We'll get there in no time!" he shouted over the roaring winds, Keyblade in hand.

[Tortuga ~ Train ~ Stable Car]

"Whoa, hey, wait, WHAT?!" Noelle demanded. Too late, he was already gone. What the hell, when did he learn how to do THAT?!

Noelle looked up at Dawn, still not sure what was going on. All she knew was they apparently had to get out of there after the others, and fast.

"Whoa, wait, we'll never catch up on foot." Noelle said, trying to come up with something to help. Stable car, duh.

The agromancer went quickly over to Booker's stall. The Chocobo perked up as she pulled at his saddle and went to secure it. "We can take our Chocobos." She said with confident finality, "You protect us on the way, I can keep the Chocobos safe after we get . . . wherever the hell we're going."

[Dawn : Port Royal : Stable Car -> Towards Tortuga]

Dawn looked over at Sky as Noelle spoke, it was actually not a bad idea. The wind user quickly ran over towards the chocobo's stable and saddled him up as well.

"I swear, if you bite me or try to buck me off in any way shape or form I'll make you live to regret it you, silly bird!" she said to her bird who she had known for less than 12 hours had already made itself a reputation for causing trouble for her.

Sky let out a loud kweh, as she got lead him out of his cage and onto the ramp. After she mounted the bird she turned to Noelle.

"Let's go!"

With those words she nudged the bird on ahead, she had to put both hands on the reigns for a few moments, this was her first time in years that she had ever rode a horse like creature. It took some getting used to. After she got comfortable with the speed she summoned a tessen to her left hand and waved it in front of her, a wind formed in front of her. The wind formed a bubble around the two girls that protected them from the force of wind that Dawn had created.

She kept her eyes forward as she continued to run after the others who had already started to the eye of the storm.

[Chaos :: Tortuga]

Chaos dashed through the dust, slashing at what he thought would be Ultima's host. The second orb exploding blasted him full on, yet he seemed unfazed by the attack. How badly it hurt him, if at all, was impossible to tell. When he realized that Kyle had gotten away from him, he roared, his black and green eyes glowing with pure hatred.

"Boy, I don't wish to speak with you. Now shut your mouth and fight me or bring out Ultima so I may splatter her blood and laugh in triumph. And do not tell me I am blinded by darkness. Ultima was one of us as well, falling from grace. She tricked us into opening a portal for her, then abandoned us in that forsaken realm. Have you ever been stuck in limbo, boy? Trapped for eons like us? And when you finally find a way out, have someone wrench your freedom from you? She is a coward and deserves eternal pain for what she did. Now bring her forth or taste my blades!" The Walker of the Wheel roared, pushing all four of his blades forward to impale the host of his enemy.

[ Kyle : Isle of Tortuga : Port ]

Good God, are they -all- this stupid? Your form would be made of magic-

.:Don't even think about it!:.

I wasn't!

Well, not seriously anyway.

Kyle immediately Vaulted, once again, out of the way of the attack, but this time to the side- however, a blade caught his leg, forcing him to roll to the ground earlier than he'd hoped. The golden aura around him vanished on contact with the blades, having taken the brunt of the force for Kyle- the cut, while still hurting, was relatively small compared to what could have been.

He's a physical beast. No chance.

Gripping the part of his jacket just above his heart, his hands seemed to give off a faint yellow aura before disappearing; at that point, the Seraphic Heart on the back of his jacket began to glow, as if enchanted; in fact, he had been Venerated. Hopefully, he wouldn't need it. He just had to keep evading. The next blow, however, would probably be more detrimental.

"Who's fault is it you fell in the first place?!" he shouted whilst all of this was going on. "Yours! If you'd have stayed loyal, then you'd still be a demi-god!"

[Chaos :: Isle of Tortuga :: Port]

"Don't lecture me on what has happened! I know a lot more than you do on the subject!"

Chaos roared, pushing two of the large swords towards Kyle. His eyes began glowing brighter, the fel green clashing with the violent black. A powerful ability was beginning to form, one of pure chaos and nightmares. The Eyes of Chaos gazed down upon Kyle. All it would take was a moment of eye contact, and the host of Ultima would begin to experience a horrible effect of the pure chaos entering his mind.

"Feel my wrath, boy. Prepare to give in to chaos!"

Jacob ll Tortuga ll Port

"He-HEY! THAT DID NOT JUST HAPPEN!" Even before they touched down it was like D-day. People hopping ship and running into the fire. He liked these people. "ATTENTION PASSENGERS. GTFO AND ROCK AND ROLL!" Jacob took a stance and dashed, remarkably fast (Even more so with the effects of haste) to catch up to the others.

Faster. Faster. You are faster than the wind. C'mon don't let your new friends get their necks wrung in final fantasyland.

Jacob secretly wished he could show off. He liked being the center of attention, but something in the back of his mind told him that he'd be damn useless. Chaos could control the wind and that was one thing he'd always been afraid of. You can't outrun tornadoes, and it's D--- hard to run with your feet off the ground. In the distance he saw Jenny, Sora, a jungle cat, James (Who apparently can do short sprints, which reminded Jacob of the dash ability), Zexion, and two girls on chocobos.

Friggin' lucky bastards with their spells and their fancy Kingdom Hearts abilities and their chocobos...

Jacob desperately wanted to pet a chocobo, but he knew he needed to wait AFTER they had used Chaos's host to paint the floor a disgusting red color.

((Sorry Raz, Sparrow is still by the train, he's not going with everyone else. He has no idea what the hell is going on. XD))

[Tortuga ~ Train --> Port]

Noelle pulled Booker down the ramp from the stable car and moved her foot up to mount him. He was a little frightened by the wind at first, but Noelle pressed to keep him still. She stuck her foot in the stirrup and threw her other leg over, having done so on a horse many times. She was far from a skilled rider, but could hold her own.

"Come on, buddy. Hup!" The agromancer said encouragingly to her chocobo, clicking her tongue and digging her heels in slightly. Booker ran alongside Sky, a little calmer when they were in the protection of Dawn's winds. Noelle rode with one hand on the stirrups and the other holding her spear. Her eyes were locked on Joe and James ahead of them. By then Prote was running by Joe's side, scanning ahead to see what awaited them.

[Tortuga ~ Outside Train]

Jack stood, leaning against the side of the train, watching everyone burst off towards . . . god knew what. He didn't bother asking--he didn't really care. It didn't concern him. When he saw the two chocobos, his eyes lit up as an idea sparked in his mind. He swaggered over to the ramp to the stable car and walked up, peaking his head in at all the bird-creatures.

"Hello little beasties . . ."

[Amy ; Cloud : Command Center]

Cloud welcomed Jon's company, and his answer to Zordon, with a nod. He gave Jon an odd look at the "and thus" but didn't comment on it. If a giant disembodied head invoked a certain formality in the 'child', Cloud couldn't really blame him.

Amy swallowed down a comment about Kansas, and how they were no longer in it, Toto.

[ Kyle : Isle of Tortuga : Port ]

Kyle twisted his form, contorting his body to one side in the hopes of dodging the swift blades. However, they were just a bit too fast, even for his fast reflexes; one of the blades cut into his left shoulder, and the other clipped his side, causing him to gasp slightly before immediately recomposing himself. He somersaulted away from his spot, hoping to dodge any more blows, keeping his left arm off the ground.

He glared upward toward Chaos, locking eyes, only to feel something attempting to seep into his mind, his body. He could feel muscles in his body tighten, could feel the locking of his joints- but he resisted. Whether by sheer force of will or dumb luck, he resisted Chaos' demonic eyes. Chaos wanted to lock him in place? Kyle would do the same.

"I know more than you think, Walker of the Wheel!" Kyle retorted, charging energy into his vocal chords, eyes gleaming with a strange light. "And it all amounts to the same- you are weak!"

With that taunt, Kyle released super-charged Radiant Roar, hoping to Stun Chaos for his next attack; without taking his eyes away from the Scion's, Kyle released devastating beams of Holy light from his eyes. The blasts almost immediately grew larger than his eyes as they traveled toward Chaos.

With those two attacks alone, Kyle felt drained. He hadn't come prepared for this- he didn't have the mana to keep up with such high powered magic. But he had to save some of it- had to save enough for the end. They'd be here soon enough.

[Chaos :: Isle of Tortuga :: Port]

"Weak!? You insolent little-"

Chaos was about to add quite a few more colorful words until the roar shattered his thoughts. Nick's body was tensing up, the attack leaving the Walker of the Wheel stunned. As he locked eyes with Kyle, he noticed something was very wrong. The boy wasn't fazed by the amount of pure Chaos he was pushing on him. In fact, the boy's eyes were glowing golden and getting brighter. No, that was the holy eye lasers that Kyle was shooting his way.

"Oh shi-"

And for the second time within seconds, Chaos was interrupted once again by a blast of holy energy. The beams hit the Scion right in the head, sending the body spiraling against the ground. Chaos rolled until finally slamming into a post. The wood cracked and he slumped to the ground. The masked Chaos slowly got up and walked a few steps, then let out a gasp and fell to his knees, his head hanging completely limp. The winds were beginning to slow, but were still blowing hard.

[ Kyle : Isle of Tortuga : Port ]

Kyle watched as the Avatar of Chaos was flung back by the force of his blast, cringing as he watched the body slam into a post. Slowly standing up, Kyle felt the wind slowly 'die down', though they were still powerful enough to push an unsuspecting man over. The Seraphic Heart remained glowing on his back, but he did nothing to make use of the temporary boost.

"Don't bother," Kyle shouted, keeping his guard up, every once in awhile glancing toward the place he'd come from. They'd be there any second now, surely. If they weren't here in the next few moments, though... "I've already fought Mateus. I know you're stronger than this, so get up."
