Bro dude... There are a few problems with your plan. First you have to have top-notch RPing skills. Second, you must have battle experience and training. Third off, waltzing in here like the Queen of England, and declaring that you will take over Las Noches... That's painting a giant bull's-eye on your chest and asking people to shoot.
I'd do what Mirouni says, and start with a Numeros. Cause if you start at the bottom, you can only go one way; up.

Oh I plan on starting at the bottom (figuratively speaking) and making my way up I just wanted to make my intentions CLEAR. As for the target brother I have had a target on my head for the past six months, it came with the uniform and the assault rifle.

Not to mention newbie's gaining sudden high ranking positions without working up the ladder really pisses people off. They won't tell you that though, they'll simply let it sit untill it eats them to the point where they begin rage posting IC.

I cant find a profile spot that is specifically for Arrancar's so I am just going to plop this sucker in there with the rest of them. By the way what would be a good number to go with.

You make the profile in the profile subforum. That is the 'specific spot.'
Also, there should be a list of numbers that are taken. If not, go for a random number, preferably under 15, as those tend to be taken.

Alright so below 15 got it.(that kinda makes me sad because I was going to go through the stages of his growth so that when he becomes a Espada he will be pretty powerful.
