Shadow smiled evily. "i got the perfect idea. just make sure the camera's are on us."

The Kamui's number was 08 but he had started two or three lanes behind Fayt and the others. So with the start of the race Hasaki already knew that he'd have to make up the gap that was already created. As the typical race start he fallowed trying to catch up to the leaders while he made any adjustments he could. Thankfully for his way of training his mind he had spent time training piloting, no where near being the best he had as fair a shot as anyone else.

On his right he had a map of the course that was standard for all the racers, as he came up on the first obsticle he noticed that a few racers where taking a short cut but some where badly beaten some. Hasaki laughed getting caught up in the thrill of the race, he started flipping a lot of switches and pulling levers.

Soon the Kamui first boosted to full power, this alone was enough force to force Hasaki back into his seat and cough up blood, but he didnt have time to focus on that. Right after that a burst from one of the side boosters started to rotate the Kamui using the gravity and aiming between the mangetic waves to sling shot the ship farther...the only problem would be gaining control after he went flying. Then he lowered the boosters to wait.

Any turning back would of been too late, the only thing for Hasaki to do now was to calculate the right time to increase his speed to break free and sling shot his way towards the checkpoint. In 5...4...3...he started turning them up...2...1...0...

The Kamui was blazing past tons of ships the only problem now was that his ship was about to spin out of control. Hasaki hastily threw the right side into reverse and the left both forward and reverse with the left side boosters. Almost sloppy but effective the Kamui was through the check point.

With that trick he had cought up tremendously from his starting postion and now he was being forced to the rest stop. When he was docked he let out a sight then coughed up another small spat of blood, the fights earlier he had been cought off guard but he made it look intentional, but now it seemed to of finnally cought up to him. He drank a tall glass of water then returned to his seat to check over his ship.

((Oh, he's close to the Alliance, its just I had really bad internet today untill I figured out what the problem was))

"ready as ever leave the luring to us and we will leave the maneuvering to you."

"theres a ship following us we cant fight it the way we are but if we can get it to commit a violent act in a place in the coarse where there are cameras and catch the attention of the race officials then they should back off. even if the ship has ill intent it wont risk a run in with the space forces. not out here at least."

"Right if we jump now we should come out right ontop of the next checkpoint"

"the alliance will make the jump in 3....2...1...." with a boom the ship disappeared into eather space.

((Ah, well I couldnt find the other obstical in the posting, well long point short I am about probally 2 to 5 ships behind you guys, depending on how much action there will be in the race. So fair enough? And I really honestly couldnt find any other obstical than the two planets with their magnetic waves.))
