Jarlaxle looked over at Sapphire and he shook his head, "Please, just leave her alone." He looked over at Eternity and shook his head, "But I do care. Tell me, what is wrong?"

The boy, who might have easily been mistaken for a girl, sighed and watched the patrons. "Oh, how very eloquent we are today. Do you all mean to say that you've forgotten me?" There was a hint of a familiar tomcat's sarcasm in his tone, and his smirk seemed to match it. As he leaned back against the bar, facing away from it, his long, ivory monkey's tail swept out behind him like a pendulum. A soft purr resounded in his chest.
