I make parts of it, I buy parts of it... xD Like for Ciel's outfit, I'll buy a plain white blouse, and then sew on the frills and sleeves and what not. c: And I'll attach the buttons and blue lining to a black jacket that I bought and them hem up the waist area to make it flow like his... or something. So its half and half. c:
