I can only fluently speak English. German is the only other language that I know more than a smattering of words for. Dunno if I'll continue with it in the fall, though.

Language... er well I'm fluent in 'Perf talk' which is a side branch of English and injected with lots of 'Ohhh look a (insert name of various thing here)' and other deviations and side tracked trains of though I tend to miss. Mind you I'm quite good at the 'it's too early/late mumble hand wriggle' lingo!

Haven't seen the film(s) or read the book(s), but I'm pretty sure there aren't any good conditions for ice skating there.

Well dear Gakre that would indeed not burn. It was the thought of the movie of Twlight being made into a story on ice as is done with various other movies. Good conditions for ice skating have nothing to do with placing the story on ice. It's just a new stage for the story to be displayed. A random thought of burning proportions I wish I didn't think. No need to ponder it too much!

Miss Perfection Almost got the right idea there Kam... but I'm not sure how someone could ice skate while watching the movie unless they had it on an ipad or something. Glasses with a screen showing the the film. Actually... Perhaps that's not practical at all, blocking the view and stuff.
