I wasn't asking for what was in your hand.
*He says pointing out the bottle of bourbon behind her on the shelf.*
But I'll take what I'm offered. Makes no difference to me.
*His eyes have not left her the whole time.. even when he mentions the bottle behind her*

:::She smirks at Sato:::
Hello, yourself... stud.
:::Then she looks around and recognizes the other face:::
Well... Mr....Gunsinger, was it? Couldn't forget a name like that. Last time I saw you, I wasn't entirely sober. But I wasn't kidding when I said this place was... you know.

'Zeke and I were about to toast to the good ol' ******** days, Kara. Maybe swap war stories. Care to join us? I'm certain we'd both love to hear the tales of your valiant conquests, babe.

I might bore the two of you. Last gun I had, Cora broke... that was months and months ago.

*Gunsinger Knocks his shot back without flinching and eyes Sato coldly*
Do not call me "Zeke." as for the "good old days", any day you don't get your head shot off is a good day. and if you have a bad one.....
*He puts the glass down and and slides it in sato's direction*
....You'd hardly get to remenice.
*he gives a nod over to Kara still looking at Sato*
And the lady is quite corect. "Gunsinger" will do.

Touchy.
::Sato slips out another glass, pouring one for Gunsinger and one for Kara::
Frankly, I'd agree. Any day you come back alive is a good one. So what's wrong with enjoying what little time you have left? I can remember a few scrapes I thought I was done for. But a good assramming with nuclear weaponry can tame even the most dastardly of foes. I think its good to laugh about it afterwards. Especially since I'm still here and those ******** aren't.

Personally, I'd rather just avoid all the war business. Thank Luca, we haven't had a battle for more than 5 years now. It's quite literally, nothing but a waste. Why is that we can't just seem to enjoy the time we have, hm? Humans aren't satisfied unless they're killing other human beings, it's amazing.

*Gunsinger takies the glass and sips it before seting it down, half full on the bar*
I don't know what a "nuclear" weapon is but I hardly find my business a thing worth laughing over. I take no pleasure in watching the light fade from a man's eyes or seeing the contents of their skull sprey wide through the scope of my rifle.... only a murderer takes delight in death. I'm just a killer.... tho a damn fine line it may be.
As for your view, Miss Kara, it is a naieve soul who does not understand why we have war.

::Sato shrugs at Gunsingers declaration::
Killing doesn't amuse me, its living to tell about it that's funny. Still, I'd rather be the killer than the killed.
::Sato grins::
And Kara, well, its not naievity, its just that those born a bit more...
::Sato cups her own breasts::
... ample, are bound to have a different view of the world than those of us built more for war than for love. I find that these are things best discussed at great length after some time under the covers.

But that's just my own opin.... ::And Sato fades away::

No kidding. :::She mumbles to herself before turning to Gunsinger:::
You know, I understand perfectly well, why humans go to war. That doesn't seem to make it any less sensless.
