*Runs his hands through his hair.* Okay people, I hate to say this but Norman is right that I have not been leading an entirely correct response to these incidents. This is meant to be neutral territory and it only comes out the worse for us even if we're acting defensively, so I'm putting down a new policy for SHIELD and Initiative members.
If Injustice International begins aggressive action on our people in neutral territory, we neutralize and contain the situation. Then we take it straight to Injustice International. The next time they come for us, we storm their building.
