Hebal laughed "Actually Amane always loved the swimming lessons I gave her when I had the chance. We don't like wet fur but once that nasty bit is out the way we get used to being in the water. I won't tell anyone if you have to swim in the shallow end with the swim school" she whispered shuffling uncomfortably, impatient to get her cake. "I hope theres enough cake for me to have a slice of each by the time we get there."

Amane giggled happily nibbling away at her cake "Well that must be a weird place for how would anyone without wings possibly be able to get around their places if there are no stairs. Though since its gria lands that Bahamuts temple is located, I'll probably have to try visiting at some point. Would think with a temple there would be more gria summoners but I guess its just a dragon thing"

Oassu nodded still somewhat sceptical "Well we'll try it, but best stay out of the spotlight anyway but thanks for the advice" he said linking arms with Felina "I'll come with you, though it's going to be a shame when Amane outgrows Zadina" he added.

Zadina nodded "They have weird moving stairways called e....e....eggalators for people to get around If I remember rightly" he said scratching his head "But Gria are notoriously bad with magic, it wouldn't surprise me if there were no Gria mages or summoners at all," he added "So it must just be because they revere bahumut so much" he said.

Jeckhart nodded pointing over the heads of people to where a servant was bringing a fresh cake "You needn't worry Hebal, the King certainly has this well planned out, it'll be interesting to see the fireworks later on even if they are a little scary" he said attempting to calm Hebal down.

"You two go have your cake. I'll not get in your way much longer and besides, I like looking at the city lights. Do take care and hopefully there wont be anymore misbehaving nobility to have to be dealing with" Onotarius told them both before turning around to give them both a polite bow as they left.

Felina smiled "Hopefully people will have learned from the last incident. Though don't spend too long out there or your wife will worry about where you are Lord Onotarius" she bowed back then almost hopped back inside with Oassu. "So my dear what can I get you for dessert?"

Hebal squealed pleased to see they were only a few people away from the front of the cakes "Let me guess, most of them steer clear when they start to see fireworks nearby? I know I don't jump a lot when they are about or a lot of airships in the sky. Though I didn't know you had any siblings, how many and are they all in the clan too? Amane always used to complain all the time about not having any sisters"

Amane grinned and giggled trying to picture the image "So is it like they all flap their wings together and the one on the end just glides hehe. Though I think if I were there I would be worried all the time of falling out the clouds. At the same time it sounds like something fantastic to be seen and would love to go there one day. Its going to be a long pilgrimage if I keep considering making detours to see so many nice places on the way"

Oassu nodded as they walked over "Well elven wine isn't particularly strong so he must've had a fair bit but still he's having a good time at least" he said curling his fingers around Felina's "Well I'm sure he's been a good influence on Hayate and Zadina" he added

Jeckhart paused "Oh no I think I just have an older brother back in the demon world, I was referring to the birds of this world," he said "Though perhaps Amane will still have a sister later on, you might meet someone nice enough for that" he said quietly.

Zadina giggled "I suppose one of them could do that if they were cheating but I imagine they are trying to master flying as soon as possible" he said "Though it wouldn't be a detour considering Bahumut's temple is in one of their cities it would be a stop on the way." he said eating his cake politely

Felina laughed "Well it isn't very strong to accommodate for how little it takes to get elves drunk so probably wasn't that much at all. Though Zadina only went to the mage school for a year at most before his mother pulled him out for private study. She was a nasty piece of work for sure and who knows what she was trying to teach him" she whispered before thanking the people who let her pass them in the queue for the cake. "I don't know where Zadina got such a nice nature from but I'm glad he has it"

Hebal smiled hearing Jeckhart's last comment "Well maybe but for now my only real loves are jumping, Amane, making armour and a good slice of cake. Just a shame you cant really combine them all. I've tried that cake before though and its not for me. You also have to be very careful where they come from. While the palace will have good quality ingredients some of the other herb cakes can apparently make you start seeing things from people using the wrong herbs" she warned.

Amane gasped spotting out the corner of her eye the robes the robes that belonged to the king slipping outside the ballroom "Hey Zadina, I think they are preparing to start the fireworks now" she whispered excitedly bouncing. "Though Goug wouldn't count as a pilgrimage and would be a holiday. The city where Bahamut's temple sits is actually atop of a really high set of mountains and summoners have to climb up the mountain just to prove themselves worthy of an audience in the temple. Apparently its a sign of true dedication and willpower"
