I'm very proud of being '03. ^^ Crazy to think I still hang out with the same people. But it's crazy good.
Also, I'm moving away from my parents' next weekend!

...I'm moving away from my parents' this weekend!
These are quiet times. *sigh*
[Edit] Also, due to someone else's mistake I lost 210€ yesterday, but they promised to get it back by Monday, wherever it is. Banks, sheez. I've had some financial problems lately. : D

Your not the only one suffering from financial difficulties.
I have to admit, Britain ******** up big times like crying . This whole 'Credit Crunch' (recession) was admitted by Gordon Brown to be a farse and we will be back to regular cash flows by this time next year. What he didn't say is that he will also be raising the tax level + introducing tax to students.
Students don't pay taxes in Scotland, and we aim to keep it that way. I think its ironic that when Margaret Thatcher was in power that Scotland was the guinnea pigs for all her conservative-experiments, however now a Scotsman is in power and is testing all his Labour-experiments on the English and Welsh first. He knows better than anyone that for him to even stand a chance of being re-elected at the next vote that he needs us on his side, however we all know what Obama feels about him. And to be honest its not Gordon Browns fault for letting Megrahi go - its Kenny MacCaskell (sp), Scotlands 'Man of Self-righteous Law'. (code for W***er)
I was just wondering, what are your guys views on Megrahi being released? I personally - guilty or not guilty - believe he should have been executed for what he did to my country. But not in my country, however. I believe he should have been sent to America - where he caused the most emotional greif and devestation and be dealt with appropriatly. There are very mixed views about it, even though he claimed he had planned it then changed his mind. In my opinion - if you were to own up to something like that, regardless of the crime or not, then you should be punished for it.
You have to be very brave to try to envoke Terrorism in Scotland, we are not a country who is going to stand and watch any longer.

If this was in Finland, he'd sit in jail for 12 years... sweatdrop Anyway, I don't think I'm pro-execution. Here we like to knuckle under, considering how powerful some of our neighbours are.
Also taxes <- Finland has a pretty high tax level and things are quite good. It might be an improvement, depending on the actual details of new law. Here we pay taxes according to our income.
Although, our parliament just came up with a new "mediatax". Students have been pretty angry about it. Now everyone has to pay for having a tv, even if you don't own one... -.-

I figured I better get a tv. : p
The Move went pretty okay! We didn't break anything. The elevator did make funny "too much weight" noises, though. My apartment is on the 10th floor, so the view is awesome. @___@ I have to take pictures.

Recession has been kind to me, too. Being a student grants me with free money and cheap food. And with internet I'd have all the entertainment I need.
...except that I don't have internets now...

It's not been kind to me. I'm out of 2 weeks of work because of it. Which means I have to make sure I don't spend a lot during the year or the summer.

You wouldn't think that there was a recession where I work. We've been balls to the wall crazy busy since May. We sell freaking dice for crying out loud! I work in the custom department and we're swamped still gonk
I know I shouldn't complain, but I desperately need some time off and as long as we're this busy it's not a possibility. crying

And now I don't have a computer anymore. The dvd player is being repaired. I can't even listen to music! All I can do is read all those books I borrowed ages ago but never read.
Recession might be good for me because I'm having on-the-job training next spring, from January to May. I'm technically a professional but no one has to pay me anything.

Anyway, it's pizza Friday! I've been eating porridge and rye bread whole week.
