Atem stepped backwards, feeling as though he were interfering. He slid his hand out of Ryou's grip as he watched Ryou struggle with himself. Atem could tell that the boy was bursting to tell his father everything, since it was obvious that he had kept it all back before, but he was also scared. Atem assumed-- more like hoped-- that Ryou was afraid Bakura would do anything to him, rather than being scared of his own father. Walking back a few paces, he met up with the girls. "Ryou's father just ran into us. I say we give him a little time alone or something. It seems that Ryou hasn't told his dad about Bakura, or anything."
Mr. Bakura's trembling hand reached up towards the blindfold, his attention no longer on the writing on his arm. Ryou stood completly still, save the gentle trembling that was taking over his body. His father lowered the blindfold slightly, and gasped in horror at what he saw, taking a step away, his son quickly jerking the fabric back over his eyes-- or lack of them. "Ryou." His father's voice was stern, commanding. "Who did this to you? Tell me."
Ryou's trembling increased. He wouldn't tell. He couldn't. He felt his fathers hands on his shoulders, shaking him slightly. "Just tell me. I won't get angry. Say something. Please, Ryou..." His father's voice was pleading.
Bakura turned his head slightly to the side as Yugi turned on the game and started it up, choosing his character and showing Khalid how to do it as well. He felt Ryou's fear pounding through the mind link. Tuning in on the boy, he quickly saw what happened. A smirk coming over his face, he narrowed his eyes.
Ryou pleaded. He wouldn't be able to stand it if he lied to his father, the only real link to his past. His innocent past, before Bakura. When he had a sister, and he was loved. Not like now.
Bakura sensed Ryou's thoughts, and laughed harshly out loud and in the mind link. Bakura urged, his voice dangerous.
"I did this." Ryou said, his voice quivering. "I-I used my last name on my arms, for my own reasons." He curled his arms around his chest, shaking violently.
His father sighed. "I can get you help. I have buisness to attend to in England, we can go. I never should've left you alone." He embraced his son, burying his face in the crook of Ryou's neck, hoping to calm the boy. He pulled away after a moment, and his eyes seemed glazed over. "You look so much like your mother..." He murmured, his previous commanding tone gone. He stroked Ryou's silver hair gently, only making Ryou cringe. "So much like her..." He whispered, leaning forward as he forced his lips onto Ryou's.
Bakura yelled out by the sudden rush of feelings he got from Ryou, mostly fear and pain. He clutched the Millennium Ring, the source of his own pain, since he was connected to Ryou by it, and doubled over.
Khalid forgot the Nintendo game and went cautiously over to Bakura, wondering what was happening. Something bad, of course, to make the robber act this way. He noticed him holding the Millennium Ring and made the connection to Ryou, not even protesting when Bakura flung him out of the way to bolt out the door.

(Eww... Father kissing son isn't good. Incest bad. :XP: Poor Ryou.)
Ishizu nodded at Atem's words, the blush fading slightly. "That'll be a lot to make up for..." She said, glancing over at the pair as Ryou's father was demanding something. She fought the urge to go over to help, deciding that this must be something Ryou would have to deal with by himself. Her mouth fell open when she saw what Ryou's father did after a moment, staring in utter shock, rooted to the ground.

Kira had just looked up to see his father kiss him.She quickly ran to ryou,jerked him back and steped infront of him "I dont care if your his father or not you dont just kiss him like that!"

The man seemed to be snapped out of some trance. Before Ryou's father could say anything, though, Bakura came hurtling out of seemingly nowhere and knocked the man down. He pinned him to the ground, raised his hand to hit him, then shot a dark look at Ryou. "Stop it! You just stop thinking, thi--" He wasn't able to say more, it seemed. The pain Ryou was feeling was taking over the hikari's body, some of it seeping into Bakura's. Ryou was deeply hurt by his father's actions, and couldn't control his emotions.
"You can't just kill him!" Ryou screamed, fearing for his father's life. Although what he did was indeed sick, it was still Ryou's only link to his old past. "Don't-- Amane--" He sobbed, clinging to Kira. Amane was his sister, dead now.
"Nobody touches you but me!" Bakura snarled, eyes flashing dangerously, the pain going away as Ryou's feelings turned into misery. "You are mine." He jerked the father's head up so he could listen. "You want to know what? I'm the one that did all that to your son." Bakura got to his feet, hauling the father with him. "I'm part of him now. It's all your fault, of course, for giving him that ring. This ring." He shook the Millennium Ring that was hanging around his neck. "I've hurt Ryou before. Countless times, made him scream, cry, even fight back. I've drained most of his blood, then fed it back to him. But you know what?" Bakura wrapped his hands around the man's neck, but not tight enough to kill him. "Nothing I've ever done, not even everything I did summed up, can compare to what you just did. People call me a monster; they lie. You are the monster."
Bakura was panting, worked up now. He wanted to squeeze this man's neck until his eyeballs popped out, just to let him see how it would be to be like Ryou. Bakura's gaze landed on Ryou, still sobbing gently into Kira's shoulder. Atem had run up to them, and the look on the pharaoh's face told Bakura that if the robber wasn't there, Atem would be doing the exact same thing.

Kira held ryou close letting him cry "Bakura put him down right now or else." she told him.She knew the only way was to divert his angery to somthing else.The only thing she could think of was her.She would do it for ryou.

Malik had followed everyone, and went to help comfort Ryou, "Bakura! Put him down! I don't know what Ryou's dad might have done in the past, but for now he's not been doing anything!" Malik shouted at the Tomb Robber.
Marik took control to shut Malik up.

Bakura released his grasp on the man, whipping around to snap at Malik or Girl, and a flash of surprise lit his eyes for a moment as he registered that Marik was in control. He stood there, trembling slightly, trying to collect himself. Bakura knew that if his feelings got too out of conrtol that wouldn't be good. It was harder to control his emotions when Ryou's were still flooding his mind. Darting towards Malik, Girl, and Ryou, he quickly struck his hikari on a pressure point to knock him out. The boy's limp body fell forward slightly as he lost consciousness, still clinging to Girl.
Atem rushed forward as Ryou's father seemed torn as he tried to make up his mind of what to do. Fury burning in his gaze, the Millennium Puzzle around his neck glew brightly as he quickly banished the man's mind to the Shadow Realm, setting up a 'personal' little area for him to go to there.
Khalid and Yugi had quickly followed after Malik and Bakura, not wanting to miss anything. Yugi missed his yami banishing Ryou's father's mind to the Shadow Realm, coming just when the soul-less body fell to the ground.
Khalid paused by Ishizu to see if she was okay, then quickly swept his gaze around the surrondings. "What happened?" He asked in a low voice, directing his question mainly towards Ishizu, but it was also open for anybody else to answer.

"Too many damn feelings," Bakura groaned, taking the Millennium Ring off of his neck and placing it around Ryou's. That was better. Now if he needed to be at Ryou's aid, in case there was another attack of some kind-- he couldn't let his Millennium Items getting stolen-- he'd be able togo into the ring, and take over the body. "Ryou's too weak mentally and physically to handle anything by himself..." He murmured, not knowing that he had said anything out loud.
(It's Christmas. >< He'll need to get a little more worked up to go attacking people, unless they're a threat to himself or Ryou. Or I could say he's in a bad mood because of the dad thing, and if Kira insults him badly or something, he'd get madder. Though the others will pounce on him in a minute.)

Bakura growled deep in his throat; he wasn't in the mood to deal with Girl right then. "And I suppose you weren't aware of what his father did? He deserves to die pulling stuff like that." He cast a glance towards the crumpled form of the father. He moved his gaze slowly back towards Girl, eyes flashing dangerously. "Don't think I won't hurt somebody because they have some relationship with Ryou; family, friend, anything. I'll kill anybody who touches my Ryou." His eyes fell lower and lingered on where Ryou had just been gripping Kira. Worked up, he felt himself angry that he hadn't been able to fully punish the man. And here was Girl, holding Ryou as though she could help or something. A dry laugh worked its way up his throat; nothing could save the boy now. He had heard his thoughts from before and knew he was just lingering in life, wishing to die now that all had become corrupt.
Still burning with the anger for not being able to deal with the father, Bakura darted forward in one smooth move, pouncing on Girl. He'd be able to let his anger out easily enough on her. Hell, Bakura didn't remember ever really doing anything all that bad to her, like he had to some people. He wondered why, since she got on his nerves so very easily. Pinning Girl to the ground, he glared at her. "You're touching my Ryou."
