Alright....
PM people in O/M Branch that haven't apped/paid but are on the list, hopefully get started by tomorra. Sorry to those who didn't make it in, but if you want on the waitin' list or summat, lemme know, because there's bound to be someone who doesn't get back to me or drops out.
Put banners on front page for people to add to their sigs'n'such.
N_I, the fight between you and Nightsnow was wicked. I forget if you entered Vercellius into the tournament or not...but if you didn't, you should. Oh yeah, summer vaca started for me. I spent my afternoon along the creek and then my night in a hot tub after leaving school early, and tomorrow I'm seeing The Omen. I'm still a little hung over from the weekend. I just thought you all should know this.

Can't enter him, I asked about it long ago. Well I could enter him if I dropped Ithaqua; but that is a part of who Vercellius is and then there is the whole planar walking. I'd rather not risk breaking a rule while using him.

Le sigh.
I still don't feel like doing any of the tech heavy profiles, even Sotziru Ka's, where it's essentially going to fight as like a lot of these magic people do despite being a biomechanical construct.
I know I have a decent character and bio around somewhere, if I could just remember. I mean, I could use Alchert, but no one is going to pay any attention to the spores, the saliva, or the acids, so why bother? Without all that he's just a freakishly cool ol' brute.

Heavy combat tech always requires more effort than anything magical-related. Also more enjoyable.

I prefer simple the most. No magic, no tech. A guy with a melee weapon of some sort, or multiple melee weapons, fighting within human means.
But there's no chance of anyone like that surviving in the tourney, thus we have Sotziru Ka.

Sounds like my sort of simplistic match, however I tend to prefer First Blood as a rule to make things somewhat more interesting.
And humans have the best chance ever. If you're forced to work within a limit you will force yourself to be far more creative and careful, my human character laid the smack-down on most people with super-powers just because I have to think a little differently, when I used him anyway. *Shrug* domokun

All of my characters have been human that I've entered, even Vercellius is human, though not entered.

Actually, I'd find the idea of some poisonous spore, acidic saliva, whatever, entertaining Psycho, since Raphael is an alchemist and all. He'll follow within those bounds.

Four more need to pay and one needs to app, if I counted right, and the O/M Branch can start today.
I put the two banners up on the front page and put a really shabby banner up for the GGN, depicting Guts from Berserk standing against a torrent of fire....
