Tsume glanced over and grinned, "hey there, princey." he released the stretch and stood, stretching his arms now. "Emily, Justin, you need to stretch your legs out. sit on the ground and spread them before elaning towards first one than the other and finally the middle, trying to touch your toes. count to twenty before you change sides, ok?"

Nix didn't lay back down to push herself up, instead she rolled forward enough to put her feet on the ground, from there she used her hands to 'walk' backwards until she'd formed a backwards bridge and from there she stood up to stretch her hars, "you should join us for the stretches, they feel good." she smiled and looked around, "were is lily?"

ludwig snuffed his way into the ballroom and found the cat two legger and all of the others as well. he yipped happily when he saw the pink one on the ground and ran over to give her kisses on her face. he didn't know what she was doing in that weird position, but it was the perfect height and that was all that mattered.

Oddly enough, Leo blushed even harder at the compliment, not because he was told he was beautiful, but because Elliot had said it. "Thank you. you are very kind, i'm afriad i might increase your use of fruit in the next little while, i pray you bare with me." he'd found fresh fruit also helped with the sickness which meant he'd be eatting it as much as possible.

Tsume lifted an eyebrow at the pup, "don't let him distract you. since we are stretched out, lets do a few basics. Nix come stand beside me and help me show them, got it?" he waited for the girl to come to the front and turn to face the others before he moved into the proper stance. "alright, so you put your feet a little bit short of shoulder width apart-" it didn't take long to explain, but when he was done, he walked around, helping adjust possitionings and give advice.

Nix smiled as she watched them, "this actually makes even the weakest person able to take a lot of force since it makes you so solid." she looked over at Emily and Justin, "how was your morning?"

Ludwig greeted the alpha properly before wiggling away from the pink one and sitting by the cat. he lay down and watched, waiting for them to be free and able to play with him again.

Leo smiled, "thank you." when the wrap was offered, he leaned forward and daintily took a bite while the man held it. he chewed slowly, his eyes closing at the wonderful taste. "delicious!" he looked up at the man and smiled innocently, not knowing that it was this smile that made men's knees weak more than any other. "you are amazing, i shall grow even more fat with your cooking!"

Tsume shrugged a little when the prince left, "Alright, now that you've got that down, let's do some punches..."

Leo laughed, "that's is very true, but i also know how to dress to hid it." he winked cheerfully and watched the man finish the tray. "well, so long as i am kept well fed we will all me happy i suppose. you might want to add these little trays to your list of things to do every day, it may be a while before i no longer need them. actually-i might need even more here soon." he sighed, shaking his head with a little pout at how much he was eating and would be eating. but he had to nurture the life growing inside of himself.

Tsume smiled as he looked at the kids and their different reactions, "while you lot stretch out and cool down, Nix has some more advanced work to do. if you want i can start tutoring you in your abilities as well." he looked over at Nix, lifting an eyebrow to tell her to get to work.

Nix had enjoyed the fighting lesson, it had been fun and relaxing, but at the mention of more she knew what Tsume wanted and groaned. "i have to?" he didn't need to say anything, she already knew. "well damn." the curse was c casually dropped as she turned to where a pitcher of water sat and concentrated. about half that remained in the pitcher floated into the air and came to hover above her hand. from there she started to incorporate her normal workout and fighting practise while maintaining the water and using it as part of her blows. kicks, punches and blockes were enhanced by the water as she practised, knowing that she'd better get ready because she would be fighting off Tsume in a few minutes.

Leo thought about it, leaning against a clean table, "hmm, i have to say besides the star fruit your strawberry and banana wrap with the drizzle of sweetened whipped cream was amazing. i got cream everywhere and poor Elliot nearly went into a frenzy as he watched me lick it off." he winked at the chef in a teasingly seductive way before laughing, "he might not appriciate any more of them, though."

Tsume crossed his arms, "Nix's powers lie in the spiritual so she has a difficult time with the physical. though he abilities are ideal for her one day taking her mother's place as our Spiritual Leader, she still must be able to master the elements. Fire is last, of course, being the one most difficult for her due to her bloodlines."

Nix frowned, "I know i need to work on them!" it was the first time she'd snapped at anyone in front of the other girls, "but can't really do that when you're too worried about me burning myself!" she finished her last warm up and sighed, the water becoming a ball in her hand once more.

Tsume shook his head, "Leo, your mother and ever member of your family has learned it the same way. master water, then earth, then air and finally fire. each fuels and kills the other, each brings and ends life. to learn one you must learn what fuels it first. water is fueled by your inner chi and so is taught first. water feeds the earth, fills it with new life so earth follows. the winds are created as tempuratures change along the mountainside, an so is learned after earth and finally fire. fire is fueled by oxygen but killed by carbon dioxide. it's life and death resides within the air of your body, the earth at your feet and the fluidity of your chi."

Nix let out a huff, "i know, i know. you don't have to give me the speach again." she rolled her shoulders and got into the ready position, "let's get to the duel, shall we?"

Tsume chuckled, "as you wish." he changed to his wolf form and immediatly raised his hackles, growling low in the back of his throat before attacking, claws and fangs aiming for Nix's jugular. she blocked him with the water and dodged, but the fight had begun and neither were giving an inch of ground..

Leo looked at the array of food before him and his stomach growled softly, "i could kiss you right now, i really could." he said softly, looking up at the chef and winking, "but for now let's settle on something less likely to create jealousy." he put the platter down and gae the chef a soft hug, making sure to not press against him so he could hide the small bump, "thank you. this will be more than enough, though i probably will be back for more." he released the man and took up the tray, holding it easily, "until then." he bowed before heading out, humming happily at his treat, already taking one to munch, holding the tray with on hand as easily as with two

Leo stepped into the ballroom and lifted an eyebrow, "really, Tsume, you should let up on the poor girl." he shook his head and walked over to Elliot, kissing his love's cheek without thought before kneeling at his feet and leaning against his legs. "Then again, she'd holding her own, isn't she?" he chuckled to himself and picked out one of the whipped cream treats, slowly licking the cream off before taking a bite, more of the sticky white stuff spilling out around his mouth.

Tsume grunted at Leo's comment, but it wasn't long before he had the panting Nix pinned to the ground with one large paw planted firmly on her chest. "you're getting better." he smiled and shifted so he could pull Nix to her feet. "now, it's your turn, Lily." his smile widened when Leo looked at him with shock, whipped cream on the corner of his mouth. "you cannot do much for now, but you can practice the different elements. you have been too long since you used any ability beside healing. come, if your life or the lives of those here are in danger you will need control to be able to save them."

Leo sighed, "and here i was thinking i got o be lazy." he put the tray on a small table at Elliot's side before slowly pulling himself up, grumbling under his breath the entire time. but he walked to stand beside Tsume and lifted an eyebrow, "now what?"

Tsume looked at Elliot, "you want to have a small brawl with her, princey poo? maybe you could form ice while she tries to melt it. it would be a good test of your skills against each other."

Ludwig hurried over to lay next to the pink one, knowing she'd pet him as she scratched on the ground.

Tsume crossed his arms, "rules: Princey you try and keep the ice hard, Lily you try and melt it. you may only use water, Lily. it's only fair and you are in no condition to be using fire. we don't know how it will effect-you illness," he ended lamely, but what else could he call it in present company?

Leo watched the ice wall build up around him, but it was clear and he was able to look through it at Elliot. "Fine with me, however i am going to make one change." the water that had been poured around Elliot formed into a wall around him as well and Leo grinned, "he has to try and melt the wall around him as well. first to melt their entire wall wins." he put his hands on his hips and lifted an eyebrow, "unless that's too hard for you, dear"

Tsume shrugged, "it matters little to me. On the count of three...One, two-" he paused and looked at the two before giving the final count, "three! begin."

Instantly Leo began to make the particles of water surrounding him vibrate, warming them and making the water melt while holding the ones around Elliot still.

Ludwig yipped happly, not sure what she was asking, but she gave him a scratch and that was all that mattered. his tail began to wag, wipping the pink one and the one that smelled of paper with it's force.

Leo felt what Elliot was doing and giggled, "oh Elli. you're so predicable." his lover was trying to break it apart? well Leo's ice was solid, but that didn't mean it had become stought. more like two walls of ice with water in between, he could move it easily. "but if you think you will have a hard time melting it, you could try to freeze it while i keep it melted instead." he'd managed to mel a tiny bit of his wall and he quickly extracted a tony bit of the water and heat it to a boiling point, turning it into steam. this he spread out along the entire wall of ice, heating it and turning what melted into steam as well. the enclosed area was soon fogged up, his little area becomeing a spa.

Nix sat down next to Justin and Martha to watch, her cool down finished. "no, not god. just an elemental. a powerful one, but nothing like a god." she smiled at that, shaking her head, "i don't think this is fair thought. Elliot can only freeze and manipulate ice where as Leo can do anything he likes with the water."

Tsume shrugged, "fair or not, it will be interesting to see how this turns out."
