Haro wasn't sure if it was oay to be eating so much fruit. He knew it was supposed to go in his breakfast but it was too good to plop anywhere else but straight in his mouth. Staring into the half-full bowl of assorted fruits, the boy frowned slightly. He hadn't meant to eat so many... They were just so yummy and delicious and pleasing to the mouth.
Poking at the weird, circle-looking piece of bread...or whatever it was, Haro soon picked it up and took a bite of it plain. Crumbs and the like dusting his lips, the boy munched happily before tilting his head to the side, curiousity overriding his nervousness as he qestioned, "Nene, what is this?"

"It's called an English muffin... but I have no clue why," Shin said with a shrug. "They're really just... bread. And you can put stuff on them... like butter or honey or something. So they're actually kind of like toast... but smaller." He did try his best to explain, but he wasn't sure if the other would at all understand when he, himself, found it all rather... strange. Why call it a muffin if it had morein common with toast?

"They should call it them English bagels that are sort of like toast," Haro mused aload with a thoughtful expression as he rubbed crumbs off of his face. Golden amber eyes lighting up at the mention of honey, the boy picked up the honey jar quickly and dumped its contents upside down, waiting a minute or so until his half-eaten toast, bagel thing was covered rather efficiently in a sticky, sweet mess.
Sucking at honey-laden fingers, the boy glanced at Shin with a half smile before amusing himself with the rest of his English 'muffin'.

Youtube has a couple of their songs... like 'Wine Red' and 'Crawling Towards the Sun' and there are some AMVs for 'Don't Wake Me Up'....
But radioblogclub.com has some of their others, too... Like 'Sweet Tangerine' and 'Like Vines.'))
"So basically... English bagels with the whole left in..." Shin added with a small shrug. He had finished of his bowel of oatmeal and had started on his English muffin, spreading a small amount of butter on it as well as a little bit of honey (after the ever eager Haro had finished with it).

Haro had long since finished most of his oatmeal. He still hadn't quite gotten the whole 'eating correct proportions for humans' thing down yet which was starting to affect his already lean frame. Technically speaking, the boy could barely even be considered lean, he more plain skinny then anything else and it was only be emphasized due to his lack of normal eating habits.
Sliding out of his chair, the boy finished off his English muffin on his way towards the sink. Hopping up and down on his toes as he washed out his bowl, the boy also took a few minutes to make sure his hands were rid of stickiness. Sticky fingers were not good for running through adorable tiger hair.
Speaking of tiger hair, or at least thinking of it, the idea sparked a little something in the boy as he hurried back to Shin, wrapping arms around his neck as he laughed into his hair. One of the many things he loved about Shin had to be his feline characteristics. Running a finger along the rim of one tiger ear, the boy almost jerked back as it flicked unexpectantly against his hand. "Shin? Can you control these things?" He asked, kissing one ear lightly. "Can you make them move when you want?"
[/edit]Youtube FINALLY loaded. The wireless connection sucks in my roooom. XD I've only listened to wine red so far. I liked that last song you suggested. Not loving this one, nor did I really like that british girl. XD I like the way the guy sings in that song, but the girl sounds...weird...to me. X3 The song is pretty good though, lyric-wise, style, etc.

Shin had been half way through his "English bagel with the hole left in" when the boy had decided to wrap his arms around his neck and start playing with his ears. A gentle flush on his cheeks, he set the supposed muffin down on his plate once more and then wiped his hands off on his napkin (he didn't want to get crums all over himself or Haro, anyway). He glanced up at the excited little love bird and murmured, "I can... control them to an extent. The flick around, though, when people touch them with out me... making them. They just do that..." He shrugged slowly, his tail twitching back and forth, and then wrapped his arms loosely around the other's waist, hugging him close.

He supposed his wings were sometimes the way way. When he was uncomfortable or nervous they twitched and fidgeted about without him knowing, and when he got startled or scared they puffed out a bit. It was sort of funny-looking actually now that the boy thought about it. "Oh, I thought you didn't want to touch your ears," he murmured in an almost nervous voice, "Is it okay if I...if I touch them? I w-won't if...you don't like it," he mumbled in a softer-then-usual tone, cheeks flushed a color close to the shade of his hair.

"It's alright. I don't mind," he murmured, the side of his face resting gently against the other's stomach, eyes closed. He simply felt the urge to be close to Haro. It felt nice... sort of... reasuring. And he needed that reasurance what with all the drama that had been circling the pair of them lately. In all that shock and pain, it was difficult to find time to just feel relaxed.

Brushing fingers up and down the tiger's neck, Haro smiled softly down at the older teen, golden eyes scrunched slightly as he smiled. Haro was very happy to know that Shin was okay with his ears being nearly molested. Rubbing knuckles gently againstly folds of white and black streaked fur, the boy leaned over and pressed a kiss to the other's temple. "I-... I ...just thank you f-for being you and not eating me or something 'cause I'm not...a very perfect human."

((I like Greta's voice. D: At first, tho, when I started listening to them I was the same way (totally in luff with the guys' and not liking hers)... but her voice kinda grows on you and her songs are really nice (like "Don't Wake Me Up," "Dark Congregation" and "Magnolia"). What I like best is when they all sing together and make really pretty harmonies. <3))
This, of course, made almost no sense to the dark-haired teen, but he decided that, rather than make Haro all skittish and nervous by asking him to explain exactly what he meant, he would simply go along with it. "No problem..." he mumbled slowly, a low purr resonating from his throat as the other rubbed (or something like that) his ears.

[[I don't. D: (Obviously~ XD) I guess I'll have to listen to the other songs then. My sister (I believe she's your age, 15) likes that band apparently but doesn't really like the girl either, or at least likes the guy better. x3]]
Shin really was just a big kitten when it came to times like these, which weren't exactly often enough to remind the love bird how gentle of a feline the other truly was. It still almost surprised him to find a tiger purring at him. A tiger. Haro didn't even think tigers could purr, but apparently he was very wrong because Shin purred quite a bit.
He liked it very much when Shin purred. It was all rumbly and felt nice to lay against, but now- against his stomach- it just tickled like crazy. Squirming, the boy tried hard to stay put, rubbing tiger ears lightly with small fingers as he bit at his lower lip.

((Guy s, you mean. There are two lead vocalists: Greta and Bob. Greta also plays keyboard and Bob the guitar. And the bassist (can't remember his name) is a back-up vocalist. And they have a drummer. :3 Wuv them~! I'm such a geek for music, but I know almost nothing about the bands I like... >>;; Ohyah. Guess what? Snow Patrol (and this other band) are gonna be playing in my city this month. I reeeeeeeeeeeeally wanna go. But I'm not sure if I can. D: ninja Baby You Can Drive My Car... ninja xD;; *got it stuck in my head* )) A small laugh escaped the dark-haired teen's lips and he leaned slightly away from the other so he wouldn't have to be tickled, at the same time nudging his head up farther into the other's hand.(( D: Sorry for crapshortness.

Ah, phew! The boy was very glad Shin had moved. Not because the bird didn't like being near him, quite the opposite, but he wasn't sure how he'd be able to take all that tickling. Haro smiled fondly down at the older teen, rubbing at both ears a bit before bending over to kiss each one with a soft, 'muah~'. Curling arms around the tiger's neck, the small teen pressed a delicate kiss to his lips, licking at the sticky, sweet remants that still clung there.
"Thank you for a very nice breakfast," the boy murmured against the tiger's lips with a small grin. Haro would've backed up and given the poor object of probably too much affection some space but he found himself still very much in the tiger's arms. Not only would the cat most likely want some room to himself, Haro was finding it increasingly hard to stay away from that bowl of fruit. It was just sitting there and... and it looked so good.
He wasn't sure why certain fruits did that to him. He figured everyone had some sort of weakness, for dogs it was having their tummy scratched and maybe for Shin it was having his rubbed andd kissed at. For Haro it...there were a few things, physically but nnnm... Fruit was jus' so yummy and- Finding himself on the verge of whining, the small teen squirmed towards the bowl, frowning as his arm was just too short to reach.

He shrugged. "I just... thought you'd like it," he murmured with a slightly embarrased smile. He leaned his head slightly to the side against the other.
Shin smiled at the boy's antics, licking his lips a bit with his rough tongue, just to make sure all the honey was gone. He then leaned forward and pulled the bowl of fruit closer so that it was easily in Haro's reach. He settled back down in his seat then, glancing up at Haro for a moment before his eyes returned to the bowl of fruit. He leaned forward again and selected a strawberry. He placed it carefully in his mouth and then ate it slowly, bright eyes glancing back up.

[[I'm not a huge beatles fan, I do like a lot of their songs but I only have a complied version of those songs rather than specific CDs of their's. n_n;
I don't even think I've heard that song. XD GAH JUST LOOKED IT UP ON YOUTUBE.
Wow, I hate that song like woah. Sorry. I've heard it, I just didn't realize it was THAT song. >_>;;; Her voice just really eats away my brain. x_x

Golden eyes lit up as the bowl was brought closer. Ruffling Shin's hair affectionately as he murmured a soft 'thank you,' the boy peered at...all...the...fruit. Picking out a piece of banana, the boy ate it slowly before picking out a strawberry next. Glacing at Shin, smiling, the boy nearly froze.
Red-ripened fruit only part way in his mouth, Haro blushed as he turned away from his two biggest weaknesses.
