entervixen It is in the last City we lived in. Not here though. And yeah, people get uppity about that. :/ Does the connection between wasting water and trivial matters like washing your car and hosing down your house or driveway (seriously, just use a broom!) not click with some people? Has your council lifted the price of water?

Has your council lifted the price of water? Price of water is going up, but we're still having trouble getting some people to conserve. sweatdrop The city I live in now offers recycled water for lawns, so people here are able to justify their perfectly green lawns and such, but they don't offer that where my mom is, and she's the only one without a perfectly green lawn. sigh* People here are too self-centered to be bothered to conserve. Hell, I feel bad taking more than a five minute shower every few days, though I will when my mood gets bad enough because it helps keep me from getting 5150'd. Still, I try to use the long shower/bath thing as a last resort.

Fun. stare Even though the drought's (mostly) over, quite a lot of people still use recycled water over here because it's become a habit now. There aren't too many perfectly green lawns over here. Hey, if having a longer shower or a bath makes you feel better, then I think in your case that's perfectly fine. But for 'regular' people, they have no excuse really.

Thanks. I've got an important meeting to go to tomorrow so this will be interesting with me sniffling every few seconds.

The interview was pathetic as always, I've had two blood noses today, and my period started. Plus my cold's not gotten any better. stressed Yep, today was totally not my day.

That's no good. I haven't had one in six months, but I'm not pregnant (thank the gods). Just... no period. Probably due to my thyroid. *sigh*

Hmm not fun. sad A few years ago my dentist (of all people) thought I was having thyroid trouble, thankfully that was not the case. He was just an idiot.

Soo the California-based companies are suing the State for trying to make them conserve water... stressed
