(I check this place everyday, and there are never ANY new posts D: Or at least none that I can reply to, sorry Cherry-chan. I'm makin a new character here soon, just gotta work up a sexy back story and everything. For anyone who still checks this guild, I'll have it up in a day or so. :3)

((. . .Dammit. >=/ I did it again. D8 I keep forgetting I kinda own this place and I need to check in to keep some people happeh...>:l Woops. Well. I keep getting grounded, Gaia is boring me, sometimes my brother or dad kick me off so they can get on, I'm trying to become more social, but anyways, that gives me no right to ignore all'a you guys. So, I'll try to drop in more form now on. I'll probably respond to all of my seriously overdue posts tomorrow. I just made my new account today.. I'm totally posting GAIA ONLINE ROLEPLAY on my desktop now.. I'm really, really, really, really, really, really sorry. Right after I promised NOT to forget to check in AGAIN. Then I do it. I SWEAR on..... my love of ICE CREAM that I'll never forget this guild unless it dies.. Not on my account this time though. Akane stumbled upon the base, almost accidently. Surely the man who came to her gave her directions to the place where the Akatsuki gathered.
It betrayed her idea of a hide-out. Of course her dreams wouldn't happen.. the hide-out in her mind was a grand white mansion, glittering in both the sunlight and moonlight. Obviously that was too much and they would be found out easily. Akane could feel the disappointment flood through her.
Katashi watched Akane's reaction to the place. He knew what Akane wanted to see but no matter what he said, she still believed that it was going to look sort of like a castle. He took three long strides, taking his place beside Akane.
Katashi wondered if there was no explination of what was expected and all that crap. Of course, Katashi just really needed a wonderful explination as such. He rolled his eyes to himself as he took the lead.
He figured there wasn't a welcoming committee.

"Tashi.." Akane filled in the silence. "Let me go first. I was the one who decided to come here anyway.."
Katashi gave Akane a fierce glare. There wasn't anything more annoying than Akane trying to get in the why of his protecting her.
Akane took one good look at Katashi until his look became nothing more than a gentle look. She smiled lightly and sauntered right in front of him. When Katashi was walking, Akane had a hard time keeping up with his long legs.
Katashi spoke up clearly, "Watch yourself.. you might trip over nothing." His green eyes flickered to Akane's for a moment before looking away.
Akane clearly wanted Katashi to start giving her some credit. She wanted to go first, not for mere curiousity, but for the fact that Akane could sense danger prowling around. "I won't trip over anything.. not this time."
Katashi could see the glitter in her eyes disappear. Of what was left of that glitter anyway. He could see, day by day as the glitter faded to barely anything. Akane became more serious.
Katashi's eyes clearly glittered from far away. He had not lost his sense that was needed to fight better, or so he had thought. Akane seemed to fight better when the glitter was gone.
Katashi fretted the day her glitter was gone. That was the day the Akatsuki most probably wanted.

On top of Akane's image of the castle house, she also wanted a party. A welcoming party for the two newest members. Akane knew she was insane, out of her mind, but Akane never had an actual party or that's what she thinks.
Akane could feel the pressure from the large pressure of chakra that surrounded them. It was like a thick blanket, almost suffocating her. How could people freely live around an area like this? She knew the members were spread apart, probably for their own comfort more than anything else.
Katashi watched as Akane's shoulders tensed. He also stiffened a little bit. There was no point in hiding what Akane felt becayse he felt it too.
Katashi had to admit that he was weaker than Akane was. He felt almost as if he could collapse around here. Akane felt no more than a light pressure.
The dark entrance was to be expected of the base. What wasn't was the dimly lit hallway which they entered soon after. He bumped into Akane who stood stilll without warning.
Akane signaled Katashi to keep his mouth shut. They weren't alone.

Katashi stiffled a chuckle. Of course in this state Akane was, she was more serious and was much less clumsy than she usually was, but she was too serious.
Akane glowered at Katashi, her eyes like daggers. "Katashi, this place is dangerous.."
That sent him roaring with laughter. He couldn't help himself. With the scenario they were in and the seriousness in Akane's eyes, laughter was only fit.
The noise that had caused the Katashi's hair on the back of his neck to stand up straight was the soft snoring within a room.
Akane exhaled, not even realizing that she had held it, with relief. Nothing would indanger them. For now, at the very least. Normally, she too would be rolling around, filled with laughter but in her eyes.. it didn't fit where they were.

(You did read my post in the thingy-ma-bober thread right? (I mean the discussion place thingy) I just don't want to... I don't know what actually. I don't mind posting by myself for now. It's all I can do. I was going to send a message to Courtney but I don't think I should after all I did >.>)
Katashi and Akane quickly walked through the rest of the base and out without much of another word or another incident. The place was really much bigger than the both of them had guessed.
In time, Katashi slowly overtook Akane walking back outside. When they walked passed the door that had someone sleeping within, Katashi couldn't help but chuckle quietly. He could live with the looks that Akane kept tossing him.
Akane's eyes were firmly on Katashi's back. It wasn't that she felt he was incapable of protecting both of them from criminals. Okay, maybe that was the piece. She did feel Katashi as incapable of much.
The brightness of the sun blinded Katashi for a few moments. He wondered, though, why there were many members outside just lazing around. It didn't feel right. Even for this large of an organization which everyone feared...
Akane felt the change of emotion in Katashi. She did not feel comfortable at all. She was ready to spring in front of Katashi the moment things became ugly. He was weak. It was something Akane could not deny.

Nami turned her head in said direction before giving a slight shrug. "Well, go on. I have no clue where 'there' is, so you get to lead." She had some-what calmed down; why, we had no clue.
[Kai is pretty much doin' the same thing Nami is. >.> ]
Kira could almost laugh at the two new-found members. They both seemed to scared, though no one was doing much of anything! Unfortunately everything seemed to be revolving around the oh-so-great Kurai. Kira had long-since left the forest she had been wandering through, though she kept up all of her 'jutsus' to keep herself hidden. She was practically right behind Akane, but there was no proof as to say she was. She pressed two fingers to her own temple, sending her words into both Akane and Katashi's minds. "Hello, amateurs."
[[Indi-kun, I'll be honest, I have no idea what your character is doing. xD I re-read it and everything! D8 Apologies, apologies. I'm so sorry! :C But, alas, I am stupid. xD ]]

Kaname's mask of calm collectiveness was broken. He could no longer feel her, could no longer hear her. Kaname could no longer keep it in and let out a long sigh followed by a shake of the head. "Nami, Kai," His voice was filled with panic and his hands were shaking underneath the long cloak. "The, the thing she did to that damned Sasori." Kaname paused and took a short breath. He opened his mouth but nothing came out. In his mind he whispered quietly, "Kurai's dead! It wasn't perfected she was lying and it's all Sasori's fault." Although it was only a thought, the hatred was poured out completely on Sasori's voice.
It didn't take long for Itachi to notice the same thing at the same time another did. He was caught mid-breath but did not allow himself to be seen mourning.
Itachi stood up and began to walk across his room. There laid the picture that he was given. The last moment of hapiness he was to experience with those he truly loved. Itachi cried quietly on the inside while staring at the picture. There was nothing left for him to do except continue on as if what happened, hadn't.
Akane flinched and as a reflex sprang infront of Katashi in a protective stance. His growl coming from deep inside wasn't mistaken. She knew that he thought he could handle himself. He didn't have what he took to protect himself. Akane had become attached to this stranger who had found her and took her in. She couldn't afford anything to happen to what little she knew.
Katashi felt insulted. It was him who took Akane in for her safety. It was so that Katashi could protect that little baby from harm. Now Akane thought she was able to protect them both. Afterall those years, he had gained little trust from her.
[[Yeah I know I got lazy when it came to Katashi. >.>; Uh well, Kurai had turned Sasori human 'cause she stole the jutsu from that old lady. ;P She got amnesia from that (at least I think that's where she got it from) and had yet to recover because she had told everyone else that it was perfected. Well it wasn't and everyone was very gullible. Hehehe. After that i don't know. Kaname, Kai and Nami were hunting her down to whack her on the head to get her memory back. Kira had poofed from the room because she was getting tired of the drama (or something like that.) Itachi was left sulking in his room. Sasori was locked in combat with Indi's character. Uhhh, I have no clue about anyone else's characters. Sorry. xD The name's Antonette. No one ever remembers because it's rather unusual. Usually has the i- Antoinette. But no it's not. And sorry again. I'll pm you the next time. I just didn't want that creepy stalker hacker to find the rest of you D: I remember someone saying that they targetted yer friends >>; <<;]]
