"I don't know. It depends on if I'm tired or not. Why do you want to hang out anyways? Don't you have something you need to do with Raine?" He didn't understand why his dad suddenly wanted to hang out with him one day. He usually just took her training and did nothing else on Saturday unless he went to train himself.

"I'll think about it." He was iffy on the subject. Part of it had to do with the fact that he was still upset about earlier when they had their argument and the other part was the fact that he didn't understand why he wanted him around. He felt that his dad just tolerated him instead of actually liking him. He knew that he loved him, but liking him was something different in his mind.

He raised his eyebrow a bit and glanced up at his dad giving him a weird look. "Love you too?" He then looked back at the TV and continued watching the cartoon he had on.

he kept smiling then streched a bit. "well it's getting late. time for this old man to get to bed. good night bud." he left the room and went upstairs to his bedroom.

Cyan waited until the cartoon was over and turned the TV off. He then went downstairs to his room and went to bed.

the next day came and raine was in class looking bored as usual. she just stared out of the window until class started.

James had walked in, right before the bel rang as usual, and took his seat. He payed attention and was pretty much unattainable until the end of the school day.

Class was over and James had left for his next class. Soon enough the day was over and he was at his locker, putting some books into his bag.
