Shannon couldn't contain her grin. Finally, something was going right. " I know the perfect place for us to go.' She said with a smile. " But for now, I think Claire and I have some things to discuss and plans to make."

Claire looked at Boone and laughed lightly. She looked back to Shannon and smiled.

" You boys will just have to fend for yourselves." Shannon laughed and then threw a look over her shoulder. She had been right. Sayid had abandoned the re-building of the shelter and was making his way through the sand towards them.
"What plans?" He asked inquisitively. Shannon just batted her eyelashes.
" Ask Boone. And we'll send someone to tell you when everything is ready." With that she turned back to Claire and the two set off with Leslie, up towards where Shannon's luggage lay.

Claire followed Shannon, looking back over her shoulder once in a while.
"Do you know where Charlie might be?" she asked.

Boone turned to Sayid as he tried to keep himself from laughing. "What have you been slipping into her food?" he asked with a grin.

Sayid raised an eyebrow in wonderment. " Nothing, I've slipped nothing into her food...she-do her emotions always change so quickly?
((Maybe we could just RP Charlie for a while until someone fills the spot?))
Meanwhile...with the girls
"I haven't really seen him around in a while..." Shannon answered, shrugging as they came to a stop before her pile of luggage. She knelt down and began to sort through the bags, looking for specific ones. "If you don't mind me asking...what happened between you two? Don't get me wrong, I'm really glad that you and Boone are...together." She said quickly as she pulled out a small rolling suitcase.

Claire sighed and kneeled down beside Shannon, trying to help her out with her free hand. "I don't know..I just didn't really feel anything anymore. He was like more of a brother to me, and when he saw me with Boone, well he kinda freacked out or something. I haven't seen him much since then. Only a 'hi' here and 'hey' there" she answered.

Aha... Shannon thought absently as she pried her make-up bag from the mess. She set it along with the other suitcase she's extracted before turning her attention back to Claire. "I'm sure you guys will be able to work it out-to be friends and everything again. He'll get over it I think." Finally she pulled the last bag out that she had been searching for. It was larger in coparison to her other choices but she didn't seem to mind.
After gathering her things together and hefting them over her shoulder and in her hands she turned to Claire. "Where do you keep your things?"

Claire looked at all that Shannon had took out. The only thing she had in her things were a mascara and some clothes. "On the other side of the beach" she said, standing up slowly with Leslie. "I don't have much though" she said.

"Her emotions and actions always sort of... bounced around, but never this way. She's actually happy, or at least something close to it," Boone explained, then added, "I'd much rather see moodswings that involve her being happy than moodswings that only consist of her being pissed off."

Claire bit her lip when Shannon mentioned she had lots of clothes. There was no way Claire would get in Shannon's skirts and whatever else! Last time she had worn things like that was before her pregnancy, and yet, that wasn't often. Now, she just felt abit uncomfortbale about showing her body.
Claire sighed and walked outside of Shannon's tent. She made her way to hers and kneeled down in front of her suitcase. "Well that's all I got" she said, showing Shan what contained the suitcase.

"It's a good start...maybe we can mix and match with my things. This is going to be great. Boone'll be knocked off his feet by you when I'm done. I mean you're really pretty already but..." Her voice trailed off as she began to envision everything. "But first thing's first. We need to wash our hair. Like I said, I know the perfect spot, so grab your bag and let's go."
