But that sorta defeats the purpose of having a Mind Charge... That's a specific ability, rather than a passive Amp... sweatdrop So why use the name?

I wanted to have a passive skill that would basically set an image of what the big guy was capable of, but toned down.

Fate/Extra, where she serves as Caster. Weak early on but, like many mage types, absolutely phenomenal later on. ^^
