All I know from pop culture is that he is depicted as a big bad octopus-faced humanoid being with dragonic wings. Also, I have worked more on the skills. Could you check them over for me. Red?

Well, the first thing you should know is that Cthulhu and his children are traditionally associated with fire. ^^ So if you're going for the theme, then you should go fire instead of water.
Also, there's no need to rename normal spells, really. If you must, at least use ones from within the MegaTen series.
Also, I don't think I could possibly approve a permanent passive Mind Charge. Occasional use, yes, and I did it myself. But not permanent.

Zorc James I was thinking of having it being 1.5 attack boost instead of being a 2.5 power boost permanently. Why not just get a skill that buffs your Element? Like, fire Amp? +50% Fire damage.
