damn.... TTATT I really haven't been here in like weeks.... I swear work's trying to send me to an early grave and sad thing it's not enough... emo I may have to face it soon that I must give up Iggy....
Anyone got a free character that I can have Slovakia pester? I have no idea what to do with her other than to plonk her in the general store thus far emotion_sweatdrop
Also, I'm not sure if I should make her slightly yandere, or at least have her have a darker side of some sort, opinions? 4laugh
well, she is a Slavic country, so I think it might be okay to make her a little yandere >:3
True, and upon researching some Slovak stereotypes, there were some dark ones* that flipped some of the others on their heads, so it seems reasonable to add some darkness to her character. That and she seems to get along with Russia somewhat 4laugh

Some of the stereotypes I happened across (theres more info in the ooc forums about more stereotypes and other stuff):
Slovakians seem on the surface to be crude, dull-witted simpletons, but are really treacherous and secretive back-stabbers with a ruthless tactical intelligence who pretend to be poor, but have lots of hidden money.
They save and save for years and live like poor trash, and then come out of nowhere and pay cash for everything. They are natural chess masters, and will beat you at chess only two games after learning for the very first time. Their supernatural knack for chess generalizes to a general cold-blooded aptitude for playing people like a game of chess.
Slovaks are naturally cruel and severe people, and their tempers swing wildly from frighteningly loving and obsessive, to murderously apathetic. Their humor is dark and sadistic, albeit a bit slow-witted and dumb.
They eat gruesome blood sausages and other horrors, routinely. Horror and severity are the central themes of their lives.
So far I'm just thinking of making getting drunk, her yandere 'trigger', as she's pretty resistant to alcohol, and being drunk would bring back a lot of repressed memories and what-not, which seems the most logical way to go in terms of bringing out another side of her character exclaim

I think I'll finish up this little cafe outing and then withdraw Romero from the guild. I honestly can't find much of anything for him to do here, and next month if not within a few days, I'm going to be forcibly absenting myself from Gaia in order to focus on several high-stakes writing assignments coming up in the next 4 weeks. gonk

Hii~ I hope your midterms went over well?
Still wondering if Rutilio will respond and give Landon something to do, or if any of his other best companions are around for him to go talk to. If not, I'm debating taking Landon out of the guild as well. Landon's a lot more social than Romero, but with Kartlos, Ruti, Andrew, and Christian at least temporarily absent and Leilani quite possibly gone for good, there seems to be less and less reason to keep Landon here as well...
Romero bores me, but I don't want to withdraw him... D:
I know! I'll have him go on vacation for December and hopefully I can bring him back around winter break with something to talk about/more motive to play actively with him.
