Spork: Nope, it's an old rhyme and game from Japan. No one knows what it talks about, some say it's a whore abandoning her brothel, some say it's about a miscarried child, or an aborted child. No one knows. and it pretty damn catchy in song form too

Both are based on the same rhyme.
..
actually I think Circle you. Circle you/Kakome Kakome is based more on the game where one child in the middle is 'it' and has to guess who's behind them for that person to be 'it'.
only in that game in Circle You/Circle you you die if you're wrong.
