your house is a combination Brothel, Slave-Trade and Surface-Trade superpower...
well, you've covered your bases with the Brothel, so i'd say you need to realy get down to detail on the Slave business first of all... what are the methods of organizing that industry? what is your supplier? you already mentioned customers. how about bouncers?
for your house at large, bring in all the deails together, you will probably need some kind of small personal taskforce, possibly comprised of slaves. perhaps specially trained warriors, or maybe just bouncers.
you will also want a personal assassin or spy. good detail for houses that were formed without military might.
you may want to include some kind of special secret, like secret passageways or magical item containing a powerfull trapped being, or even an artifact. or maybe it's some kind of special alliance with a Giant or Dragon or Demon or something.
and finally, the possibility of tying your house businesses in might be an interesting twist. like, teh reason why you run a brothel, or a slave trade or surface-goods trade... maybe th ereason is because of that alliance with a dragon who is looking for something in particular? or perhaps the secret tunnels lead to some surface outpost?
