Cthylla is much less known. Korina... uses the power of Cthulhu, yes, though she doesn't summon him directly... much... XD

And since Cthylla is Cthulhu's daughter, I get to take some of the skills from her as well as adapt my own. Thanks.

Not from Korina, you shouldn't. o wo She's Hastur's priestess, after all.

Call of Cthulhu? yes, I do.

Technique name, yes. XD Fits her very well.

So you see, at least one skill goes to Cthylla from Korina. Or should I say from Cthylla to Korina

But Korina calls up the squid-man directly. o wo He pumps power into her. Rather literally. I don't see what Cthulhu's daughter would have to do with that.

In Peter Rawlik's "In the Hall of the Yellow King" (2011) Cthylla instead features in a way more humanoid form or avatar as possible bride for Hastur.
brought from wikipedia, but cited from an actual book.
so lolz everywhere.

I mean as in having a natural passive Mind Charge. Though that will be hard to convince.

So... your character wants to stalk Korina, then? That could be really funny ... rofl

Korina has a toy of Cthulhu, and Cthulhu's daughter has a toy of Korina. ... It probably doesn't help that according to some, Hastur is apparently Cthulhu's half-brother. rofl They're just one big screwed-up family! Unfortunately, Korina's sorta taken, so your character has no chance. ^^ But failure can be fun to watch, too.
