6.5/10 It's sorta a mix but there's more light items then dark, you should try balancing the colors more, probably a lil more black?

8.4/10 It's not bad. I think you have an interesting color scheme. Not too many people have blue, black, and gray avatars.
I think you have enough black. You need more gray and blue to have balance. Although your current avatar has blue on it, it does not have the same shades of blue.
I suggest that you change your hair color, since it matches the BTK too much and it's hard to distinguish between each one. Also, the gray hair makes your avatar look a little old. You can keep the same hair style, but you should change it to black or blue.
