Not with a wound like that!
She should be in for another month before leaving, because hitting her head like that would of course cause some memorey loss.
But there's a chance that if she's around familer areas all her memories will come back to her all at once, and that with cause serius problems.
She wouldn't be able to take it all at once and she might go into shock from it all.(so complicated D: ) Kanda@ (*shudders* D; )
