Listening to their conversation, she wondered if it would be impolite to join them. You've slept to long, she told herself. If you cannot even remember so much as what is and is not acceptable... New York was a new thing to her. Ever since she'd been in the Americas, she generally stayed in the south with a lesser number of peoples.

"Humans, they are the pink fleshy creatures with hair growing from their heads? Lycans. . . . were-creatures yes? I have never seen either of the last two before, but have heard of them."
The constant rain was starting to soak him, causing more drops to fly as he turned his head to look at the other female creature. "She is of the undead yes, a vampire I suppose?"

"This is a different Abyss." Neko explained. "It's like a...a different plane of existance. He could probably explain it better." She was still translating for them both. "Did I explain it properly?" She asked him.

Alexz looked around, she sensed the vampire but could not see her.
"Another vampire." she said quietly.
((So that Neko doesn't have to say that she's transalating things, everything will automatically be transalated without her having to say so.))

Hearing a comment about herself, she smiled. Alistair generally was not caught amongst humans or other creatures until she was about to starve to death. But, tonight, she felt like walking. With modern transportation, she could have driven, but that took the fun out of it. Looking up at the group, she smiled again.

"Yes, Alexz here is a vampire." Neko said. "And humans kind of look like we do, ALexz and I that is, except, well. They look like this." She breifly transformed into her human form before transformting back. "Humans are not just pink, as you put it. They have many different skin tones ranging from pale white to black. Lycans are were-creatures. Mostly were-wolves here though." She glanced at the vampire Alexz had mentioned before looking back at the other demon.

As she got closer to the group, she straightened her figure. Smiling, she softly greeted them, "'Ello." her accent was obviously Irish by listening to her, but her eyes gave her away and her curly hair.

Oru nodded to Neko, wondering if he should do as the vampire asked, and move out onto the street. He supposed that it wouldn't hurt for a moment, if noone else was around. "Is anyone else about? I think my appearance would frighten humans if they beheld me."
Oru would wait until it was all clear before exitting the alley, still not sure of the stronger demons intentions. Answering the vampires question about his home plane however, "The Abyss is the third, or fourth, layer of Hell, each of Hell's nine Layers being a different plane. The Abyss however, unlike the other layers, is broken into countless seperate layers, smaller worlds I suppose you could say. Each layer is controlled by a different demon lord, whom could control any number of layers. What's more, each layer is different, in populus, area, and terrain. It is a very dangerous place to be raised."

~His silence is almost permeable as he continues along the downtrodden streets of new york, noting it's ever-present shadowed beauty, nothing to compare to the brilliance of old Lutecia, his Paris on the other side of the world...he grunts, the small sound seeming to open a hole in a thick quiet...~

"So I've been told." Neko commented. "Don't worry about being seen. I am an Illusion mage, and I can change how people percieve things." She wove an Illusion of invisibility around the group of supernatural creatures, making it so it affected mortals. "No mortal will be able to sense any of us now. Oh my, where are my manners. My name is Catrina, and I am one of the Demon Elders of New York City, but please call me Neko. What is your name and how did you come to the human plane?"

"I am sorry to hear that it is very dangerous. It's a bit safer up here, especially do to the weather, there are barely any humans out. You don't need to feel afraid." Alexz told Oru.

She couldn't identify with him. "I was raised long, long ago in a very different environment. Sure, the terrain was ruff at times, but nothing was ever horrible there. I'm sorry for you," she was honest when she said that. She had great compassion, which screwed her over so many times.
